Like all Leica products, this is beautifully crafted of the highest quality materials, however - I have to unscrew and remove the case every time I would want to get my files on to my computer. No access to the USB port, and the card slot is blocked by the piece of plastic that houses the tripod screw mount. What a bummer - will be returning.The description on Leica's site declares: No tools are required to attach the protector, and all operating elements remain fully accessible. Apparently getting your pictures off your camera is not considered an 'operating element'.
While the construction of this case is top-notch and fits the Q3 perfectly, I had understood that the case allowed access to all operational slots. Apparently they don't consider access to the SD card slot as important....since you must remove the case to access the SD port. Not a deal breaker....just be aware before you purchase.
