LEGO Technic DC The Batman - Batcycle Set 42155

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This Lego set is AWESOME. It has a bit of intricate pieces and takes some time to put together. It's totally worth it though. Definitely not for a Lego beginner. A great gift for any Batman fan.

Fun and detailed product

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was excited to try the technic line for the first time. The pieces all seem very well made and the instructions are very clear. The product is very detailed and is educational about the mechanics of a bike as well.

Great Lego

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I love it. I am a big fun of BATMAN and LEGO. I enjoy playing it all the afternoon step by step and piece by piece. The final model is so real and looks so nice on my shelf. It's a little complicated and challenging so it requires much patience.

Lego's cleanest motorcycle

They're improved a lot of qualities from the Ducati model, which is $20 more. No more weird windscreen piece or stickers, which is always a plus. An improved headlight, black shock pieces, a seat that looks like ribbed leather, exhaust piping that makes sense. The engine block covers can be removed to see the pistons moving within. The kickstand is much more stable and hides when it folds up. It's probably the best model they've made for understanding basic motorcycle design principles.

Real Rubber Tires

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a gorgeous bike kit. It has oversized real rubber wheels that bring the movie to life. My son is super excited to start putting this together.

Super cool!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. It is much cooler than I would have imagine it would be. They are so much details including engine piston that actually works or moves, shocks that actually works and it's quite a little bigger than I thought. Super excited and had so much fun putting them together. I display it next to my Batman figures 😍😍

Surprisingly cool

My 9yo son really enjoyed building this and it looks amazing. We're not into the whole Batman franchise thing but it is a stunning piece. The mechanics are really cool and makes for a fun toy once assembled - even for a grownup.

Technic Batman Batcycle

Great addition to your Batman Collection!!! Also looks great next to the red Ducati set 42107. The part included is also great for use in other builds. The price is good for the piece count. I highly recommend picking up this set .

The Bat... man!

The Batcycle from the 2022 film “The Batman”. Directed by Matt Reeves and the one with Pattinson. He may not be your ‘Batman’ but the movie is a throwback to a darker detective style. Here the motorcycle is recreated fantastically in Lego Technic format, set 42155.The build has a lot of Technic tech. It was fun and quick; I took my time but easily could have done it under 2 hours. After the engine block, the shocks and wheels were my favorite part to build. It’s not quite to scale of the Batmobile from the same movie (Lego 42127) but a nice compliment for any combo display. Bag one shown in pics attached in 5 bowls. No one is better than Lego for step-by-step instruction. I did slow down a bit when finding and applying the flat rounded parts of various sizes and odd connecting sections which serves as the bike’s exterior ‘shell’. In the book the mini pictures do not represent the right ‘height’ of these parts. It’s like the vertical axis of the image got shrunk. Since there are a dozen or more of these just take your time and look at the actual construction step to make sure you have the right one. Also, don’t overlook step 11. I had to go back a few pages and re-do…And a word of caution attaching the front wheel (step 191). The book has a pic to make sure you line it up and well, I didn’t follow instructions that time… Wasn’t a big set back Those pistons move when the wheels get added and rolling. Can’t really see it but the side air cover things are made to easily pull off to show... or to let it cool down after an overnight riding spree with a certain cat lady we know. Some matches are just made to be together and the vehicles in the Batman world are awesome in Lego format and with the action-packed ride of The Batman, Technic even better. You don’t get loose items and greeblings falling off every time you touch or move (or play) with it.It's just over 13 inches long and with a kick stand, a great addition to your work or play presentation.

The Batman Batcycle

Purchased by my 16-year-old who still loves building lego. The model is a good size, has some interesting parts, and the directions are clear and concise. It looks great on display on a desk or shelf. Would be nice if it came with a lego plaque with title and a few facts/specifications to sit beside it like some other kits have.
