What a great little set. I just got this for my kids and its tailor-made for little builders. Easy to put together, and the fun can start right away. The Mini-sub looks great, and the robot arms can grab stuff and even open the treasure chest that contains – no, why spoil it. You’ll see. But watch out! A Hammerhead shark is lurking nearby. Will be he mean or nice – depends on who’s playing.A small and inexpensive set with load of play value. Highly recommended.

My 4 year old built this with guidance but didn’t need me to get involved. It didn’t take to long which for his age was perfect; he didn’t have to work too long at it to get the payoff. It’s a small set but for the price it offered gray value. He loves playing with it and it has held up even when his 3 year old brother took a turn.

It came with a LEGO hammerhead shark...that pretty much solidified it coming home with us! That and a treasure chest! But it was educational to explain the deep ocean explorers!
This is perfect for little hands that are ready to transition from the bulkier Duplo pieces. Not too involved to build but introduces some of the basic techniques. LOTS of play value from the created kit as well.For me this is worth it for the Hammerhead Shark alone, I haven't seen that moulded figure in any of the current Ocean Exploration kits so that made this one a no brainer. Great little set! My 8 year old son had it put together in no time! He was so excited to have a Lego submarine! I would buy again!
In my New Year's Day LEGO purchase, I decided to throw this set in because of its similarity to a vehicle from the introduction to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom: the submarine. In the movie, it dove into the Mosasaurus tank, got a bone sample of the Indominus Rex, and ultimately was eaten by the Mosasaurus. This works very well, although I will have to get a minifigure that has realistic coloring. I will likely be able to build one with my spare pieces.Overall, this is a great purchase, and any Jurassic World fan should get this inexpensive but full-of-value set.
I got my shipment over night. I'm in California. It came from LAS VEGAS. WOW. This Lego set has very small pieces. Although the box says for ages 4 These pieces might be easy to lose. I suggest a zip lock bag to hold pieces. So, for me, now on to the next size Yellow Submarine. I am a Beatle Maniac from long ago.
It's cool little set, good value for the money
I just love this. The hammerhead shark is my favorite. I love the plastic bubble window and the detail on the LEGO person's outfit, the operable arms of the submersible, and the cute little treasure chest
