It gives a nice, clean look to my eyes. It is just the perfect consistency and also the brush provides the perfect width so it doesn't create too broad a line. Only con is that It takes a few minutes to dry so you have to make sure to close your eyes and keep them stable till it dries out. But it is a great and affordable option for an eyeliner. This stuff is ok in a pinch. It's better than nothing but I would never choose to wear it.I have oily skin but i don't have oily lids. My under eye and eye area are pretty dry although my eyes do water a bit.This eyeliner is super watery and although it is pigmented it never dries and can end up being a big mess if youre not super careful. And even being careful again it never seems tod dry so even if you say with your eyes closed for a couple minutes it could still go badly. Amazing product for beginners. Good quality product. Worth for the price. Would rate 10 / 10 for the product. Good quality. I wish this would be smudge proof and long lasting. Else it's an product worth the money. I would definitely recommend it for the beginners

Excellent quality pure black and totally matte liquid eyeliner.

This is an excellent matte black eyeliner. If you are after a gloss eyeliner this is not for you. If you want a matte solid black eyeliner this product delivers. Being water-resistant as opposed to waterproof, it stays on all day for me but does not need a specialty remover to take it off. The brush is delicate and allows you to draw a fine and precise line. The bottle is like a traditional nail polish bottle and offers plenty of product. One tip when using this is to wipe off excess product on the inside of the neck of the bottle, otherwise the brush will hold far more than you need, and this will lead to a very thick coat which takes longer to dry. Applied in this fashion it will dry as fast as most other eyeliners.
