La Roche-Posay Ultra-light Fluid Sunscreen

I really wanted to LOVE this product but really, I only tolerated it. I bought this because I have seen so many people raving about it but it left me let down. I have combination, sensitive skin and I wear makeup often. When I used the dermatologist recommended 3 fingers length of product, this left my skin feeling oily/slippery (even after letting it set in) and my makeup did not wear well over top. If I used less, the product felt much more comfortable but I knew I was not getting adequate sun protection. Ultimately, I will use it up but I will not repurchase. I have preferred using the Anthelios HA spf 30 sunscreen and will choose to repurchase that instead.

I like this sunscreen because it’s lightweight , smooth and not greasy. Good for sensitive skins I decided to try this one because I have read good reviews about it. I personally don't like the milky residue, I would prefer a clear finish.

A Must Have…

This product is the BEST sunscreen ever!!I have used this product for years as I have fair and sensitive skin that must be protected from the suns damaging rays I wear it everyday spring summer fall and winter. Everyone always remarks how good my skin looks and it’s because I protect it Trust me this is the best !!

Favorite Facial Sunscreen!

I prefer using a mineral sunscreen. I feel that it's much safer than the non-mineral lotion which seems to have some questionable ingredients. I have olive/yellow skin tone and almost all mineral sunscreens I have used leave a white-ish cast on my skin. This sunscreen does not! It also feels very light, unlike a heavy, thick cream. And my make-up goes on smoothly over this sunscreen. This is a little pricey, but I save up my CVS reward dollars and coupons when I need to purchase this sunscreen which makes the price very reasonable.

Great for sensitive and acne-prone skin

This sunscreen is great for sensitive and acne prone skin. Very smooth consistency, skin absorbs it super fast without getting oily. This isn't your average greasy sunblock. It feels like it sits on top of your skin. A great sunscreen for activities. It will not leave a white residue. I like the active ingredients being Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide and the matte finish instead of something oily. It forms a great matte base and leaves no whiteness behind. Certainly expensive but worth it if you are tired of sunscreens that leave a white residue behind.

Great price

I usually get the tinted version of this sunscreen; however, Walmart had this one for a price of $20 which is a fantastic but. I find a slight white overcast when I use it by itself, but when mixed in with a moisturizer it works great! Does not irritate my eyes and it is light and not a heavy feeling on the skin.

Leaves a white cast even after rubbing it in

I bought this after looking at all the great reviews but this item did not work for me. I have light brown skin but, despite me rubbing in the sunscreen, it still gave me a white cast. It also dried out my skin and I had used a moisturizer with it. If your black or have a darker complexion, this may not be for you. I'll have to return this.

Sold me and old dried up product.

This seller sold me a product that was dried up like they found it at a garage sale after it had sat in someone’s house for years. I called La Roche Posay to complain and was told this site was not licensed to sell this product. Considering sunscreen has a limited lifespan of 3 years, old product is useless.

This product looked used

I had to return this item for a refund.When it arrived, the box had clearly been previously opened, one of the flaps was torn and missing, and the bottle itself had product on it but not like the bottle had spilled or had a loose cap. It legit looked like a previously used product.
