This has a light cucumber type scent which you only smell when you apply, it does not give off a smell when you warm up which I appreciate. Unfortunately the deodrant is just not that effective for me. After a long day at work I would notice a little bit of a smell from my underarms. I'm not that sweaty a person so I think if perspiration is a problem for you then this is a no-no. I also noticed that when I got warm my underarms felt sticky, with my usual deo this doesn't happen. One good thing is that it did not irritate or sting and I never had any allergic reaction (I can do with some deodrants). Overall I cannot recommend as it just wasn't good enough.

I re-built one of these for a customer after they paid an airtasker to try to and swore I'd never risk my insurance touching another one. It comes in a box but needs to built by a qualified bicycle mechanic. It's heavy and under-specked. My biggest concern is the brakes are insufficient to pull up the bike weight let alone the 150kg max weight limit. If they fail when crossing a road or going down a hill I dread to think of the result. I don't know how this passed Australian Standards. Please do not buy for anyone you love. By the time you buy this, pay shipping, and then pay someone to build it - it's probably going to be close to the same price as a decent quality one pre-built from a reputable dealer that offers customer service.

Upon putting it on, it feels really sticky, and I wasn't too keen on the smell, its a very strange smell. It makes my skin feel good and certainly doesn't irritate it. I used this for a while whilst at work to see the difference, and like it says on the packaging, I can say, it did last a long time, and kept me protected. The only reason I don't rate this excellent is purely the price. If it was cheaper, no doubt this would be added to my shopping list. I would recommend this to people working long days, but not to anyone who is a little picky with their deodorants and expects perfection.

Unfortunately this deodorant worked for me only one day. The next day I applied it I was sweaty after an hour of wearing it. I also noticed that it doesnt fight the odor. I expected that for the price is should work. Very disappointed.

However when considering this product is free from so many chemicals and all sorts, I was really impressed how effective it still was. (Especially when considering the vast majority of other products on the market that contain all of these things.)I found with my previous deodorant that I got big patches of dry skin under my arms from every day use over long periods (sometimes leading to it cracking when it got particularly bad!) However, I found the La-Roche-Posay deodorant to be really sensitive to my skin but also gave the same protection of the strong product I was using previously. I've been using this deodorant for over a week now. It goes on well, like most rolls ons, it's wet when applied but doesn't take long to dry. It's good for sensitive skin and doesn't irritate at all. However, I applied the deodorant at 7.30 this morning, and now 8 hours later, my armpits are starting to feel sticky. I suffer from several hot flushes a day so I need a deodorant I can rely on all day. The price is a bit excessive for a roll on as well. If it kept me bone dry, it might be worth it, but as it doesn't I'll stick (no pun intended!) to cheaper brands that last longer!
I bought this roll on because it doesn't have aluminium in, concious that is not an anti-perspirant, but a deodorant. So, I was expecting not to be as efficient as an anti-perspirant, but I was expecting at least to eliminate the odours and diminsh the perspiration. It didn't. When is a bit warmer I feel like if I wouldn't have used it it would've been just the same. For the price paid it feels like there isn't much value for money. I've used cheaper deodorants doing a better job, at least they smelled better.
My armpits have truly never smelled worse. This product doesn’t last at all. Not even a little bit, and I don’t even have bad B.O. Do NOT buy! Such a waste of money
