I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I would definitely recommend this website to a friend. It is good that they provide assurance like “official stockiest” on luxury brands. That gives me security when making a purchase of large amount. I love the gift card that automatically added to my cart for next purchase! That’s kind of them. You don’t see that very often with other merchants.

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! Beautiful Scent!

This was a blind buy. I love the scent of roses but sometimes it's just not done well, or the perfume can smell grannyish, not this time. I adore this scent. Received this and a $300 bottle of LV rose de Vents perfume at the same time, and this smelled unexpectedly similar. They smelled equal, and similar, the only huge difference was the price. The scent last a long time as well.

The bottle is also not too large for carrying around in an 'everyday' handbag.When first sprayed, I was first aware of a very fruity aroma, and if pushed, would have said it was blackberries or cherries. This settled after a few minutes and the floral scent started to push through. It was definitely roses with a hint if sweet peas.I am a fragrance junkie, and have more perfumes than I care to admit - compared to all of these, this one is a medium lasting fragrance. It doesn't disappear immediately, but likewise it doesn't last for hours. I found I needed to re-apply it after a couple of hours. “ The Forever Perfume.”

I purchased this Rose & Rose perfume for my daughters 50th Birthday. She absolutely loved it! A special flowery fragrance that just grabs you! The Myers sales lady loved it & as we were talking about the perfume a lady walked past us & said she knows we would love it! That did it, all 3 of us agreed. To top it off my Daughter loved it immediately. Great purchase!
