Can not complain for the price. However I had one of the timber wall fixing bolts break off while screwing them into the wall. Had to go to Bunnings and purchase some timber screws. Also, the part where the 2 halves of the bracket are screwed together seems to go down a little bit with the weight of the TV on top and therefore the bottom clips were not grabbing the wall bracket. After putting a couple of washers under the hooks that the bracket arms sit on and this lifts the mount just enough for the bracket arms to lock securely onto the wall plate.

THis unit when attached to the wall locks into place via a mechanism which can only properly be released via pulling on 2 cords which hang down very visibly below the tv in our 43inch case.Far worse is that Kogan don't illustrate that in the marketing nor did I find it mentioned anywhere in the installation guide so I actually installed the unit with one of the cords sllghtly wrapped around the bracket and then could not release the bracket from the wall. Great product, comes like pictured. there weren't enough of the black washers/packers for the bolts that go into the back of the TV, and the others that were provided didn't even fit over the bolt - very frustrating process!
The unit is split in the middle which means the two sides of the bracket are uneven. it's very difficult to get it level when the two sides are at different heights. Once installed it works well, it's easy to install and remove the tv.
The bracket came in two pieces that had to be joined in the middle by another bracket… which meant when it was joined it wasn’t level. Made it extremely hard to level the bracket on the wall. Why they didn’t just make it one piece like 90% of other brackets is beyond me…
I have used this mount many times and it is quick and easy to install. Great if you don't need to swivel the TV.I use Ramset mounts instead of the supplied mounts as these work better on Gyprock walls.
Works well, though was a bit scared of pulling out the brackets when I was trying to tilt it down from the wall so did it slowly and carefully. Probably better to tilt it before attaching it to the wall bracket.Be sure to check your TV's mounting screw sizes match with the provided screws, otherwise you'll need to buy them separately like I did.
Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the wall attachments given did not include the options for anything but brick or stud. Need to be able to screw in where you want it. Otherwise, it was 5 stars all the way - sturdy, easy to install, easy to attach the tv.
Love this wall mount for our Kogan 32" TV in our dining room.Not only is it easy to install the mount, it`s also easy to fit/ remove the TV at a later stage for upgrade/ upsize/ maintenance Just pull down on the two ropes to remove TV, no bolts/ screws to worry about once the wall bracket is installed. Very solid brackets. I would not have a Drama installing one of these mounts in the lounge room with a much bigger TV
