This cordless mixer is extremely handy. I have a stand mixer but do not always want to use it. I had a much older corded, small, hand mixer which still worked but I when I saw this cordless model I decided to upgrade. I've used it a couple times now on one charge and the battery has not run down between uses, so I'm really pleased with that. Also, the fact that you can stand it up on its end is a big plus while adding ingredients to your bowl. Also, please note, the beaters have assigned holes. I noticed several reviews that complained about the beaters falling out. They do not fall out if you insert them correctly into the assigned holes (they are not interchangeable). The beater includes symbols next to the holes, so be sure to check those to see where to insert ... MoreThis cordless mixer is extremely handy. I have a stand mixer but do not always want to use it. Just wish I had waited for the black Friday deal to get free shipping. I bought it at the same price as a TSV, but shipping was not included on the TSV.

Wonderful upgrade to a must have tool! Goes everywhere but the stove top biggest advantage. Also, stands flat on counter over bowls etc, no more tipping. Both sets of beaters are great, long lasting charge runs and runs. I read many reviews here claiming it’s heavy, so not true! Even from a 70 year old woman, I’m 71 and can easily manage this mixer with ease, I use it constantly! My former mixer was a corded kitchen aid, now gifted- would never use again when having this! Don’t hesitate to purchase this one not to mention kitchen aid has a great warranty program should there ever be an issue which is rare.Way to go Kitchen Aid!!!

I have zero issues with product, but buyer beware on pricing! It’s $69.99 on sale with free ship on QVC for the day! Disgusting! All of us fell for TSV or bought at $99. Still4 colors left same bundle! Back to $99 today! $30 is huge difference for us on SSI or disability or just rough times. I know the haters going to mark my review down, but you have no argument against huge difference in pricing! Why not sell it for this as TSV! Why did I pay extra for different beaters it should have been included with? My stars are based on solely extra beaters and container should have been included. I fell for the hype of TSV during holidays. I would have waited, but I did not fathom $30 less! Maybe $10 or $15, not this much! Smh! QVC do better! 50 and fabulous? Smh Don’t ... This was a gift for my partner who saw it in the Crate and Barrel store and was interested in seeing how it worked-when they received the gift and started using it in our kitchen, they were extremely happy with its performance and usefulness. The mixer has come in handy on many a Sunday morning for mixing pancake batter as well as during the week whenscrambled eggs need to be quickly made before running off to work. The battery power lasts quite a long time in between charges - the cordless functionality makes it a versatile piece of kitchenequipment, providing cooking projects large and small a handy tool whenever the recipe calls for mixing either by hand orby machine. The mixer itself breaks down easily and can be easily stored in the tightest of kitchen spaces.
I hope this appliance lasts because it’s AMAZING. I had a KA 5-speed but that thing lasted barely a couple of years with near daily use. The rubber on the cord wore off and the unit sounded labored. Unfortunately, that unit was among the recommended by ATK so I strayed and bought this instead. I often make small batches of nougat for candy bars, and this thing powers through the stiff matter. Practically, I can walk around the kitchen WITH the unit and mixing bowl WHILE it’s ON. This is amazing! I store it with the beaters inserted, so all I have to do is pull it from the cabinet and go! No more untangling cords or taking time to prepare the appliance for work. It’s a game changer. Also, I love that it doesn’t come with ANY other attachments besides the super sturdy ... I love it so far, and I don’t know that I’d ever go back to having a corded version.
Before we get started, I’d like to say this message is meant to be respectful and if I’m doing something wrong, please feel free to let me know. Every time I have used this mixer, it splashes the contents of the bowl out onto my kitchen counter and I have a big mess to clean up. It’s a real disappointment. I have other KitchenAid products that are really high performers so I’m quite surprised about this. It needs a splash guard. I had been wanting a cordless mixer and kept searching for one and when I found this one I was excited. I saw a Dash mixer for about 1/2 the price and it included a splash guard and I wish I had bought that one instead. It was on QVC as well. I have always loved KitchenAid products. Once again, If I’m doing something wrong, please let me ... I researched several brands of hand mixers, read reviews, compared prices and finally made my choice to purchase this Kitchenaid Cordless. I am so proud of my choice. I even purchased the additional attachment set with whisk & dough hooks. This mixer is light weight, does not tire my hand & arm at all. The charge stays good for about 4 to 5 mixes, depending on time for each. I love the Flex Edge beaters. They do what they say, scrapes any the bowl while mixing, so easy to attach & eject. I am really amazed how very little batter sticks to any of the beaters & whisk, hardly none on all! The whisk is perfect for whipping heavy cream. It's easy to charge & pretty quick too. I appreciate the great discount & quick shipping that I got through QVC. The best price I found.
Purchased the Kitchen aide cordless hand mixer with the additional tools. The color pistachio is beautiful. I followed the changing instructions fully before starting my recipe to make cookies. This cordless handheld mixer performance was disappointing it could not mix my my softened butter and sugar mixture to a light and fluffy consistency after 5 minutes of use at the required speed. The charging light started off green but changed to yellow within the first five minutes of use. I ended up using a hand whisk to complete my task to acquire the light and fluffy consistency of the softened butter and sugar mixture. So disappointed, I have sent it back to QVC for a refund. I was gifted this mixer after struggling with dexterity issues due to arthritis. The design of the handle controls is just right. Easy to adjust speed of the beaters with the sliding button and to eject from the main body with just one push of the ejection knob. The machine feels balanced in the hand, and sits on the workspace when not using. The bonus of no trailing wires is enormous. Charges easily and retains charge over a long oeriod of time. Easy to wash beaters and easy to wipe down the main body even when using icing sugar or cocoa.Absolutely delighted with my new appliance. After 50+ years of baking I have finally found the best handheld mixer. No going back from here on.
I gifted this to my mother early to use for Thanksgiving and she couldn’t stop raving how much she has used it. I was concerned with outside reviews and people complaining about power, but she hasn’t stopped bragging. This is perfect for someone who needs to sit or doesn’t have many electrical outlets convenient to their needs. She’s made mashed veggies, cookie doughs, and shredded roast chicken. My only caveat is there should be some type of container for her to put away. This was a TSV and I expected a nicer set. I bought the extra beaters with pouch for her, but as TSV I would have paid more for a complete set. She’s using a lock n lock to store everything in. Great concept long overdue, but for price, please offer a better set. I feel like we were the test ...
