I purchased the kids pink,blue,orange Clifton 9s. I am very happy with them so far! I have small feet size 5-6 womens so I opted to try the kids sizes. I am a nurse, so I am on my feet 12-14 hours a day so I am hoping these remain comfortable! They are very lightweight. I am hoping they make a kids version of the bondi 8!

Brooks have been my go to shoe for many years. I have been seeing hokas hitting the scene pretty hard for a while now and wanted to try them out. I had some back pain hit me pretty good and I do a lot of walking at work. (Around 16k steps give or take) I'm on my feet all day. The sizing chart was not correct. That would be my only suggestion. Never haven worn these before I used their size chart and had to return for 2 sizes smaller, but my return was super easy and quick! I have 2 more colors already in my cart!

I purchased these shoes for my son for our Disney trip, allowing him to wear them to school one week before to break them in. We averaged about 7 - 10 miles a day, walking, during our 7 day vacation. During the 2 weeks he wore the shoes, they have started to fall apart. The outsole of the shoe has several large missing pieces and the sole and upper look ragged. I love Hoka, and wear them too, never experiencing this poor quality. The children's line seems to be falling short of the quality that I expected from Hoka. These shoes barely lasted 2 weeks. I wish I could add pictures to show how poorly these shoes held up. This is not acceptable. Please, do better, Hoka.
Same as adult size…but for smaller feet! Perfect for adults with smaller feet but wanting a great quality shoe. I have in both adult and “big kid” and there is no real noticeable difference. Highly recommend!

For some reason the standard colors for women are always pinks, purples and more feminine colors. I've never been a fan of those colors. I've always enjoyed the bold primary and secondary colors. Therefore when I saw the blue and red color I knew I had to get. I am lucky to be able to fit in kids shoes. I typically wear a women's 6.5/7 and I bought the 5Y and they fit perfect. Only time will tell if the quality matches up to the adult shoes. Luckily I can compare overtime since I have the Clifton 9s now in both women's and kids. It doesn't affect the shoe in anyway but overtime I expect that to reside and more break in occurs with the shoes. Overall extremely happy and the lower price does help compared to the adult pricing. If you're on the fence about the kids shoes, I say get them. You can't beat the colors and the price when comparing to the adults.
I'm am genuinely so disappointed in these shoes. I bought/choose the children's Hoka because the my foot is more narrow and so I thought the fit would be better than the adult size. However, the shoes have stretched out more than any other sneaker I've ever had. On top of this the base of the shoe is already completely separating from the body. Mind you I've only had these for a month and I only wear them to work (RN) and for short walks. Not to mention they are a dirt magnet! I can't believe how filthy they've gotten after genuinely only a few wears. Don't waste your money.
Bought this for my daughter who was having knee pain with the running shoes she was running. Switched to these and there's been no pain since. She ran her first 5k since having these this past weekend with no issues.
I was attracted to the color black/grey of clifton kids so I decided to give it a try. I have several hoka's for work mostly and for walking and hiking. I'm size 6.5W and bought 5Y which was perfect. The shoes feels lighter, cushy, but makes squeaky sounds as you walk. The upper is not the typical breathable stretchy mesh material but more of plastic feel hence not stretchy. The shoe fits me and there was comfort like hoka TM until it hurt my foot after my 12hrs shift. The Pain location is on the right side of my little toe and right forefoot. (Blisters galore). I really wanted to like this shoes because of the color but I can't stand the discomfort. This show runs very big and the material is very hard. These are not the same material/fit as the adult Clifton 9s. I was very disappointed that they ran 2 sizes big plus they were rock hard. And, you can't find them anywhere in store. Way too hard to find the right size and color.
