Pros: Easy to use and intuitiveCons: It’s not the most robust for dough. I make bread, sourdough bread and pizza dough - with different consistencies. If I had my time again, I’d choose something stronger as it takes a real hammering on thicker dough and you have to keep your hands on the mixer to stop it jumping around.

Pros: My KMix has done everything I have asked of it so far and it had a hard act to follow as I was the proud owner of a Chef gifted to me in the 1970’s which eventually died from hard work and accidental damage. I decided nothing could top it so purchased the KMix which produces equally wonderful bread, cakes and biscuits and no doubt will produce many more of my favourite recipes when I have had a chance to try them all. Good Points: Looks stunning, easy to clean. Plastic lid stops any mix coming out of the mixing bowl helping to keep counters and surrounding areas clean and today. Good size bowl.Improvement Points: The rubber stoppers on the feet could do with being glued into the base. They are little rubber stoppers to protect the counter but they come out easily so after cleaning having to put them back into the base which means tilting the mixer on its side. It’s a heavy mixer and it’s likely to get damaged having to keep doing this. The stopper that comes out makes the mixer unbalanced if you don’t put it back in.
