I do love these headphones but I am very disappointed with the business in regard to this order. I ordered two pairs of headphones for my fellow podcast hosts, because I use and love them. They were gifts, so it was a couple weeks before they opened and began to use them. One of the sets was defective the first time we used it. The microphone would drop off suddenly to a very low volume, in both Zoom and Audacity. It would return to full volume if you messed with it for a while, jiggling the microphone arm.I attempted to get a return and exchange for just the one headset. I have spoken to tech support, both by ticket and live chat, and also to sales customer service via phone, who told me they would authorize my return label for shipping. Later I received an email that, since my order was more than 30 days old (even though I had not had them for 30 days and had initiated my ticket multiple days ago), I would have to make ANOTHER phone call, this time to warranty support. I sent an email in reply explaining my case to make sure that was the last call I would have to make, and have not received a reply. I have since taken a break, as I am exhausted from going through all these departments, calls, and wait times, but I will be pursuing it further later.I was also told that they don't do exchanges, and I would have to return my device and buy a new one. I asked about shipping and was told it was free. This was not true, as when I went to order a replacement it wanted to charge me $11 for shipping. I have held off on reordering, since I had hopes of getting that waived, and also am no longer certain of the return that I was assured was being authorized.I am very upset, since I purposely ordered directly from Kensington to avoid Amazon and give my money directly to them. Now I am regretting not going through Amazon, as they would absolutely have handled my return for a defective product (within 30 days of receiving the item) without making me go through so many hoops, and contact and call so many different departments. I ordered two devices in good faith as a recommendation to my friends, received faulty merchandise, and am currently stuck with it after already putting in what should be a sufficient amount of effort to authorize an exchange for the same product. It was also very hard to find out how to start this process in the first place, as there is no clear place to inquire about returns or exchanges. I had to make an account (which later did not work), and submit a tech support question.

These headphones work perfectly. We ordered another brand and they did not work with many of our devices. It was such a hassle to return them. These work well and meet our needs!
