I was replacing my wok and this is my third by Ken Hom . These have served me well and each lasted ten years of heavy use. So I knew the brand I wanted. This was the best price I found online by far.Delivered promptly with clear courier updates.In the parcel was a genuinely useful magazine which I enjoyed reading! It is the only time I have ever found recipes which are gluten-free by design and the suggested variation adds gluten, instead of the normal acknowledgement that you can alter it for allergies. Excellent added value and I will definitely be using Harts of Stur again.Very good experience. Thank you!

Great product and a good size wok to make family dinners
This was a gift for my daughter who said she has used it once and it is great. I can't say more than that.
This was given as a Christmas present, the recipient is delighted with it and used it on Boxing Day, giving it five stars.

It's a thin wok so as expected it heats up well and cooks quickly - but the non-stick is not as good as other brands - it's breaking off the bottom only a week of use on an electric stove and I am finding it's sticking and burning easily onto the non-stick surface.
