I have been wearing merino wool products from Kathmandu for about 12 years. My oldest ones are size 8 and size 10, and they're still in amazing condition despite how rough I've been with them (a lot of caving and rock climbing, etc), and I've always thrown them in the washing machine with my normal clothes, and never had a problem. The only reason I had to buy new ones is because I gained a lot of weight (I went from a size 8 to a size 16), so I couldn't wear my old clothes anymore. I hope these new ones (I bought 3 in different colours) are as good quality as my old ones and will last me another 12+ years. I've been wearing them around the house these past few days, and I can't wait to go hiking in them, the merino is so comfortable.

I am 166cm and fit a standard size 10. I purchased this top in black and its perfect. Very warm, very comfortable, not too tight or too loose. It sits well under jumpers/ pullovers and I can also layer it. Love it

If you do buy this product, go down a size. Different material, colour and cut to last seasons version. Was excited to see the new scolloped hemline and for it to arrive but disappointed when it did. Doesn’t was up as well, the colour has a purple undertone (unlike my Ink one) and (for me) it’s too long in the body and sleeves and the sleeves are weirdly firmer on my forearms. Overpriced for what you get, unless purchased on sale. However, it is still warm, just no where near as flattering as my older one

I have had other Kathmandu merino tops. They are so useful, add warmth, though breath well. This one is just as good, slightly longer at the back than previous design.It fits perfectly
My wife loves Merino so I bought this top for her. It looks great on her but for some reason, Kathmandu merino tops make her itchy. Unfortunately, this top is no different.
Really like the fit of this top. I sized up so that it wouldn’t be too small after washing. Nice relaxed fit. Great length for me. Nice neckline to keep the warm in.
Beautiful quality top, could be worn under puffer jacket, or even as a thermal layer. The ash mauve is unusual and pretty. Size 12 was too small for me, as I am size 14-16. I have sent it to a friend who will love it.
This was just what I needed for cool to mild to warm days. It makes good base under a cardigan in the morning and a good top layer when the temperature rises in the afternoon. It's soft, loose, and light weight, very comfortable. Great for exercising, travelling or sitting around. Easy to wash and doesn't need ironing.
I am currently in Europe and my merino tops are perfect. I am wearing a singlet top underneath and that is all I need indoors and on transport. When outdoors, I wear my Katmandu coat and I am so warm. I just add a pretty scarf to brighten my outfit!
Bought this top for hiking & casual weekend wear. It's warm. Doesn't make me smell when I'm hot & sweaty. It's soft & not itchy. Have had a few compliments already. I'm a regular size 16. Bought a size 16 & fits comfortably. Good sleeve length & covers my hips without showing too many of my 'curves'. I love the colour. I'm really happy with this top.
