I am absolutely disappointed with this device. I bought it hoping that it would meet all my expectations. before you decide to buy this machine, check its power. the maximum power of this machine is 1670watt which is not enough to send back water from the carpet. karcher does not accept complaints and will not return your money. be careful

I bought this machine for my new carpet cleaning company, performance is excellent and so easy to use. Swapping from carpets to upholstery/spotting takes seconds and cleaning results/drying times are to be honest, amazing. I was a little unsure about the plastic cleaning head over a metal one but the build quality is of a very high standard and in my opinion better.

So we've had our Puzzi 30/4 for several years now. In that time we've gone through 2 x pumps, 1 x motor & are now onto our 3rd wand & floor tool.When the system works it works very well. As a commercial cleaning company it's seen its fair share of development stair cleaning, flats & large area cleans. It works well in a domestic property however anything beyond that is really past it's capabilities. Don't get me wrong it will do the job however you will spend half the time filling up the water tank on larger jobs.
