I was so hopeful after seeing so many good reviews and “influences” rave about the hair care. This shampoo was so drying and left my hair feeling like straw. I felt like my hair was snapping running my fingers through it dry. It also really dried out my scalp and didn’t help with my frizziness at all. I persevered for a few weeks but couldn’t stand it any longer, had to buy something else. Very disappointing.

This product didn’t work for my fine, long hair. I found it was drying and left my hair gritty and knotted. The conditioner wasn’t hydrating enough to detangle after using the shampoo.

With such a hefty price tag, I expected better. I've used this a few times to allow for my hair to get used to it but it feels like it strips natural oils out and leaves my hair feeling dry, it feels unpleasant trying to work it through my hair and despite me buying heaps of orders from JS, I won't buy the shampoo ever again. Just my opinion, I'm sure it works for others according to their reviews. Can I get a refund for an opened and used product that didn't meet my expectations?

Great product. Would love to see the kids change to something easier to use. The conditioner being so thick, is a little hard to squeeze out of the bottle sometimes.
I bought this product as I saw a review saying it really helped their eczema/psoriasis on their scalp, however, this has definitely not been the case for me. JS Health doesn't claim to work for these conditions I was just hoping it would based on the review I saw. For the fortnight I was testing the shampoo, I found that I was getting an extra day out of my hair before needing to wash though.
I was so excited to use this as I am a big fan of other products. However I was left disappointed with the shampoo and conditioner. I didn’t give up after one try as thought it might take my hair a while to get use to it. But after a few bottles (washing my hair twice a week) it left my hair feeling so dry and crunchy and knotty. And I found the conditioner would get a slight funky smell to it.So unfortunately this did not suit my hair. :-( however will continue to keep using my other JS products :-)
I have been using this for a month. I have far less fall out and it is sulfate free which is great for me. It is a little drying but when used with the conditioner the texture returns to smooth. I have my whole family using it.
I am always trying new, natural brand shampoos as they all make my hair feel clean at the start but it still always looks a bit oily after not long. This shampoo is the first in a long time to make my hair look and feel really clean, remove excess oil and also make it easier to detangle and style. I love it! Thanks Jess!
I have very thin hair and using the Purifying Vitamin Shampoo has helped it grow and become a bit thicker
I suffer from pretty bad psoriasis on my hairline and this stuff and worked wonders in soothing my scalp and my hair is lovely and soft also.
