A nicely designed laundry basket which is useful for saving space when unused. I'm not sure about the durability but time will tell. Handle is good and comfortable. Quality of material seems reasonable. Size was just right for my usual laundry load.Feel it could be cheaper so in terms of value for money, there are other cheaper alternatives that are also collapsible when unused.

Amazing quality, with canvas fabric. It hold clothes well and easy to carry and handle around. I had a collapsible plastic basket before which I bought in another shop and it was collapsing on one side if there are loads of clothes. This one is a game changer! Looks beautiful and fits between me kitchen top and the washing machine! Will recommend it 100%. Because it has canvaa material is can expand side ways to give more room

With a stacked washer/dryer, I found I was really stressing my back with all the unload/load up/down. I wanted a collapsible laundry basket to help me out and found this one. I liked how it looked and it had good reviews. Reviews were deserved. Is it perfect? No, but I don't think the perfect collapsible laundry basket exists. But once the clothes are in it, it does the job really well. You just have to initially hold up one side to get it to stay up as you pull laundry into it.

TLDR; A great 35ltr collapsible laundry basket that fits in lots of compact spaces thanks to its 2cm depth when collapsed.Don't ask me why, but I've never owned a laundry basket. Washing basket yes, but I've always just grabbed as much dirty clothes out of the washing basket as I could and carried it downstairs to the washing machine, usually losing a few items along the way and only noticing after they've finished the cycle.I don't have a huge amount of space, so wanted a basket that could collapse down as compact as possible and spotted this when looking for something else entirely.Joseph and joseph do a great selection of products, I have many items of theirs and you know they'll be good quality. This laundry basket is ideal for me, it's a 35litre capacity and collapses down to around 2cm depth which fits perfectly on top of my built in washing machine, down the side of my washing basket and in the corner of my living room while the clothes are drying outside.I've actually also been looking for a similar solution for my car boot to carry my large dogs things when we go away on a trip, so may end up buying a second one for that purpose as it will easily sit under the boot floor of my car when collapsed and not in use.
I bought this in order to have an easy way to carry a load of washing up and down stairs. It is made from good quality fabric, with strong handles that are comfortable to use. It folds down almost flat for storage but remains rigid when opened. It is a good quality product and I am very happy with it. It certainly makes carrying a load of washing easier than in the plastic basket.
LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this product. Anything Joseph Joseph, I am HERE for it. I must be honest in saying that I got an email from Joseph Joseph introducing this product I was ready to purchase ASAP. I was so pleased to find that Myer had a crazy good sale for this product and ever since receiving it, I've used it non stop. Great quality, super compact, nothing bad to say. I don't think that I would have been happy paying the initial price but I'm so thankful to have purchased through Myer which was MUCH more affordable. Great overall product.
It looks smaller than the average plastic laundry carriers you see in the shops, however because it doesn’t have sloped sides, it actually carries a lot more than those cheaper ones. The added bonus that it can be folded, and hidden away out of sight is nice design in the design. I have two. One next to the tumble dryer, and one in the tiny gap above my washing machine. They alternate as I do a load of washing.
I love Joseph Joseph items and am always impressed with the quality and design. I saw this laundry basket in the sale and didn’t hesitate to buy.The basket is thin and folds/collapses relatively flat. Flat enough that I can store in on top of my washing machine under the worktop. When opening it up it can initially collapse again or crumple, which can be annoying when you are pulling laundry into it from the washing machine. I’ve got wise to it now so I’m ready! Once you have got a few items in the basket it stays rigid and the collapsing issue resolves. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. I attached a metal clip to one of the handles so I can clip it onto the clothes line when it’s empty after I’ve pegged out my washing. I attached a metal clip to one of the handles so I can clip it onto the clothes line when it’s empty after I’ve pegged out my washing. This means it’s to hand when I’m getting the washing off the line when it’s dry/raining. It’s so lightweight that this is feasible, but obviously if it’s a ‘blowy’ day I wouldn’t recommend!I personally would not buy one of these again purely because of the initial ‘collapsing’ issue and because I have the space for a standard washing basket. If however you are pushed for space or storage, this might be an option to try as it is very space saving and looks nice.
Love my foldable laundry basket. So handy and great to slip in beside my washing machine. My only constructive feedback would be that sometimes when I have just a few items for hanging on the washing line, the sides of the basket can "collapse" or "go floppy" a little bit. Maybe a bit of strengthening like you get in foldable storage "boxes" would help sort this out. Wouldn't stop me recommending it though. I really do love it!
I found this laundry basket on your site having first thought about a traditional wicker basket. I wanted to get away from plastic. Space is a premium so wicker wasn't practical. This collapsible one is perfect. It folds well and slides on top of my machine when not in use. It holds a full machine load. I'm really pleased with it and the delivery was perfect too as is the price. All in all a good buy. Thank you Dunelm.
