Joseph Joseph EasyStore Toilet Paper Stand

I've had this toilet paper holder about 2 years and it's holding up as good as new. It's not rickety. It's solid and convenient. It holds a phone and a small compartment for whatever you want to use it for. The bottom of the holder has enough weight to hold it in place. It's worth the price and better.

All design over function

This product was a real let down and I almost returned it. The packing inside the carton was appalling and seemed to mostly rely on extensive messy lengths of sellotape. The assembly was OK except that the allen key was not a good fit for the bolt and kept slipping and burring the angles. The whole thing is very flimsy and does not sit securely on the ground. The design of the hidden shelf is stupid in that it is impossible to clean and it is also impossible to open with one hand without pulling the whole thing over. It's a nice idea but needs to use much sturdier materials and modifying the design to be easier to use.

An essential addition to bathroom/ cloakroom

This toilet roll storage holder is excellent and is fit for purpose. Tactile - touch. This product is an essential addition for any bathroom or cloakroom.Easy to keep clean. Highly recommend.Thank you.

Exactly what I needed.

I bought this for 3 reasons:my existing toilet roll holder was lightweight and easy to knock over, there needed to be storage for spare rollsthere needed to be somewhere to place a pack of moist tissues. The hidden compartment under the shelf was a bonus - ideal for storing hygiene products.

Good design.

Attractive and functional. It does have to be assembled and the poles are a little fiddly as needs some effort to connect.Gave 4 stars as despite robust and appropriately sized original manufacturers packaging this came in a huge cardboard box full of completely unnecessary additional packaging material.

Incomplete tool and non-existent customer service.

Arrived incomplete. Nut and plastic missing from inside longer pole. Wrote to ask for replacement nut or pole as bolt held in place now by sticky tape. &A long wait for a reply. Eventually asked for photos (photos of inside a dark pole?) i do not have a powerful enough camera.Very, very disappointed.Shoddy workmanship and pathetic (robotic?) service. Clearly no respect or trust for honest purchasers.Sad as I liked previous products from this company.

Lovely product

Really love this toilet roll stand, having limited mobility it’s ideal as I don’t have to twist to reach if fixed to a wall. Its sleek design is easy to wipe down and clean. Having the spare paper roll holder combined avoids having additional holders. Slightly more costly than other brands, however worth the extra for quality. Top opening and tray is handy for storing small items.

NICE PRODUCT

Sturdy, useful and nice to look at. The only gripe I have is that there was slight damage (3 small dark areas) on the top toilet paper holder, luckily this part of the holder is facing the wall so cannot be seen. It always surprises me that such expensive items can pass inspection in such a condition. You would expect such 'upmarket' , expensive goods to come in pristine condition. However, I'm pleased with the purchase as it fulfils its roll perfectly.

Nifty little thing!

Wanted something a bit different and this certainly hits the spot. Love the tray (handy for phone) and the concealed container underneath is a bonus once I find a use for it (hygienic wipes maybe?). Holds three spare rolls on the lower pole and the whole thing is lightweight so easy to manoeuvre if need be. Excellent purchase. Well pleased thanks. 5*

Sleek modern toilet butler

Sleek modern toilet roll holder design, looks fantastic in our bathroom. Easy to put together. The compartment at the top is great. Perfect for a bathroom where there is not space to hang a toilet roll holder on the wall.
