I have a problem with the bobbin holder… keeps jumping out and jamming machine. Has been to technician… he replaced it with a different numbered bobbin holder, he fixed the stop… sewed another 3or so weeks same thing happened… my problem is I bought it from the shopping channel and therefore have no one to take care of me… please do not buy major appliance from shopping Chanel.
