Bought 2 of these both have been faulty. Cheap and nasty. I don’t recommend this product.

Bought 3 of these to modernise our place. After fitting I shook the handle to make sure it locks properly. With minimal effort it unlocked allowing anyone to walk in. Tried another just in case one was faulty, did the same thing. Terrible product.

They could have come with instructions but wasn’t too hard to figure it out. Have had it installed for about a month and I need to spray WD40 on it as it’s squeaking super loud and feels like it’s grinding inside the lock when you pull the lever down to open the door. I’ve installed it onto my bedroom door. Don’t get me wrong I love these handles. They may need to be tightened up with the inner screws.
