I read a lot of mixed reviews about the Hydro Flask, some say it doesn't keep the beverage cold, or that the straw spout leaks. I've been using mine for about a week now and I LOVE it. It DOES keep my water cold, ice stays frozen all day as well, and I've had no leaking issues what-so-ever. It has tipped over in my bag several times and nothing has come out as long as the straw part is closed. Now, if you leave it open and turn the bottle upside down, it will leak a little. I would expect this though, so I have no complaints around the issue. love how the Hydro Flask has a handle and the straw that closes. I can throw it in my work bag and not worry about it. What I like MOST about this product the SOLE reason why I purchased it is the fact that it is FREE of lead, other toxic heavy metals other toxins. I do only use cold water/room temperature water in my Hydro flask. It is not known, at least I do not know from my research if warm beverages produce chemical leaching in Hydro flasks. But for me, that’s not a problem anyways because I purchased my Hydro flask solely to hold water. The ONLY issue I have with this 32 oz. bottle is the diameter of it. It is too large around to fit into any cupholder in any car. I needed a large water bottle, so the 20 ounce wouldn’t cut it. I’ll likely look into their single walled bottles to see if the diameter is smaller. If it isn’t, I imagine it would be able to hold more water, since I don’t need the bottle to maintain a particular temperature I’d prefer more water over less. If you want to educate yourself about lead, heavy metals other common toxins found in all our everyday household products I would check out lead free momma .com or just type lead free momma into Google the applicable site should be at the top. Tell me a stainless steel brand with the cutest logo, but they have hombre water bottles me on water bottles every single color. They also have different mouth pieces, which is very helpful. If you don’t want a coffee one then you can get one with a straw fields trying to get like a little coffee one that’s what I love about Hydro flask there’s so many water bottle you can even add stickers. How do I block has her own stickers but not just that you can use any stickers also did I mention the Hydro flask actually is dishwasher safe which makes it way easier to clean your water bottle. You just plop it in dishwasher and clean in a couple of minutes way better than getting a sponge and trying to get down in those corners and dry it out. I bought this to carry it outside the house when running errands and for hikes and road trips. It fits perfectly in the cup holder which is a plus point for me. It’s dishwasher safe and so easy to clean with hand as well what else I can ask for I love it and have three of them as my whole family loves to drink their water from hydro flask and it’s healthy.

A little challenge for this spicy woman

There are so many things to like about this water bottle: excellent portability, essentially spill proof (even for me!), keeps my ice water cold for hours, and it can go in the dishwasher (I won’t buy a water bottle that can’t go in there.The only downside is washing the cap. I knew I would need to handwash the straw as I do all of my reusable steel straws, but taking the cap apart to wash it decently is a “thing” for this neurospicy woman. I have to remember to pull out the red rubber thingy before I even start or I can’t get it out, then I have to scrub it with my dish brush, my straw brush, and this other funky little brush that fits in that tight space that screws onto the bottle itself. I am finding this hard to believe as I was using mine every day and as a sales rep was not abusing it at all. My issues were that in the course of using them I had accidently dropped them and there were small dents on the bottom of the bottle that seemed to have affected the ability of the bottle to keep beverages cold. Ratings should apply to various aspects to your product.1. It keeps drinks cold for 24 hrs.2. Great color selection.3. Awesome lid w/strawThe down side is the gauge of the metal. Dropped the Hydro Flask (contents ice/water) from approximately 2.5 feet and crushed the bottom of the flask. The flask still sits upright w/a slight muffin top look to the bottom of the hydro flask. I would like to suggest a slightly heavier gauge in the construction of the hydro flask. Also,This summer will be the true test of the hydro flask ability to keep the contents cold. Our outside temperatures can range from 100-120 degrees. Inside temp of a vehicle will exceed those temperatures.

Second time I purchased this product

I recently purchased a water flask (this is second time), and I have mixed feelings about its performance. One significant issue I've encountered is the difficulty of sucking water through the straw. It requires an excessive amount of effort, which is inconvenient and frustrating, especially when trying to stay hydrated throughout the day.Additionally, I noticed a smudge on the top of the flask right out of the box. This detracts from the overall aesthetic and raises concerns about the quality control during the manufacturing process.While the flask does keep water cold for an extended period, these drawbacks make it hard to fully recommend. I hope the company addresses these issues in future versions.
