Ordered the Dr. Hydrate Watermelon jar FOUR days ago and just received it today!! I had to try the Watermelon flavour first and it did not let me down. It didn’t taste overwhelmingly sweet, and it had an awesome natural watermelon flavour to it. Lovely and refreshing and will definitely make you want to repurchase, can’t wait to use it for training days!

I tried multiple electrolyte and hydration products after starting stimulant medication and suffering cramps during training despite increased water intake and magnesium intake. Since taking Dr Hydrate I have not suffered any cramping while training, including during intense dance technique lessons which usually have my feet and toes cramping continually.Dr Hydrate is now a firm fixture in my daily routine!!

Bought my very first tub, in the flavour of watermelon, and I am hooked! Such a refreshing, clean, “have you going back for more water” kind of drink. The flavour is not overly sweet and it has definitely helped with hydration and headaches throughout my day, especially as I hit the gym in the morning, followed by work in housekeeping at a resort which requires excessive, physical stamina.Will be buying more and can’t wait to try the other flavours ♥️🎉
