Arrived a couple of days late but other than that I have zeros complaints. Set up was super easy, had it done in just a few minutes. The size of it is much nicer than my previous Dell tower pc (I have an extremely small workspace) and its MUCH more quiet. It looks, and even still smells, like new. Also came with a keyboard and a mouse. It runs well, does the audio and video editing I need it to do. Has no issues running multiple tabs at the same time as the editing software. If you're a content creator on a shoestring budget I would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with this desktop computer. The wi-fi did not work (even though your product description stated “Wi-Fi 4 wireless connectivity for easy internet access”. Had to take it to computer technician for repair/replacement. Also it would have been helpful if it had an Ethernet port. I will never again purchase a refurbished item from Staples. I definitely do not recommend it.

This computer is excellent . Great specs and for $100. Perfect for budget. (Yea it’s a refurb. But iota in great condition). Specs 3.4Ghz 16gb 1.34 TB SSD 11 USB (6 -3 / 4 -2 and 1 USB C). DVD Multi and Win 10 Home 64bit. It also came if a WiFi Dongle and it also works great. It’s NOT VGA it’s Display Port. But this VGA to Display Port cables are inexpensive. Very happy.. The SFF PC was well packaged, came with a WiFi dongle, power cable, keyboard and mouse. It looked clean on the outside and I opened the side panel to make sure the inside was as well. The interior was clean, fan and all. Just to be safe I removed the CPU and the thermal paste was fresh. I cleaned and reapplied some fresh top brand (I’m not advertising brands) thermal paste. So far everything is working and is running at an exceptional temperature. I just need to do a CPU stress test. Already upgraded my RAMS from 8GB (2x4GB) to 16GB (2x8GB), installed a low profile GPU with 2GB of RAM. All is left are to upgrade the M.2 from 250GB to 500GB-1TB. Maybe get a WiFi card. Assuming I’ll have no issues in the future I rate this 5 STARS. I would recommend this seller, true ... MoreThe SFF PC was well packaged, came with a WiFi dongle, power cable, keyboard and mouse. After stumbling around trying to buy a refurbished desktop,I finally chose to deal with Best Buy and Joy Systems.I received a great looking refurbished HP 800 G3-SFF Desktop. I was immediately impressed with the shipping wrappings as the desktop and accessories look like brand new items. The startup of the desktop was as easy as I have ever experienced. The desktop performs faster than I had expected. I highly recommend Best Buy and Joy Systems.
Bought this tower for a new desktop setup and it works great. Setting it up was very easy and it arrived very quickly with basic free shipping. I didn't want to spend big bucks on a tower that was just being used for simple daily tasks and I browsed the Best Buy refurbished site and they had many options depending on what you're wanting/needing, Great price and quality all in all. 10/10 would reccomend!
I thought since my other computer was at least 3 years old i was getting not just a newer one but a faster one. Not what i got. It's slower and if i put it to sleep i usually have to restart it to get it to connect to the internet. I have ethernet connection that it says is bad when i troubleshoot it. I am considering returning it because i have a problem with calling joy systems because of their minimal hours. I am really disappointed with this purchase. The cd/dvd drive seems real cheap to me but i don't use it often so it's not really a problem.
I love these sort of retro business class mini computers that sit directly on top of a desk and can put a monitor on top of it, or my morning coffee xD. The i7 processor is still plenty powerful and 500Gb SSD is quiet. It has lots of USB ports, and HP has nice support software's that can be installed to keep things running well or analyzed.Overall very happy and this is being used by my teenage daughter in her room for some school and light gaming.
This computer arrived super quick, like in 24 hours. This unit arrived nice and clean andand packaged with a keyboard and wired mouse. The unit came with 2 d p connections and a HDMI connection for my newer monitor. It did not come with a VGA connection. It did arrive with a usb wifi doggle so need to buy one. The specs were as advertised mem=16gb/16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable) / Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz /Windows 10 Pro
Awesome refurbished product by JoySystems! Packaging was seamless and everything was bundled together nicely. The product itself even came with labels marking when it was inspected and who performed the inspection. JoySystems definitely takes the worry out of ordering refurbished products. Highly recommend!
