They barely get warm let alone hot. The adhesive is terribly and is only on either end. Dont waste your money

Worst product Ive ever used in regards to heat packs!! With there only being to little adhesive sections at the end of each pad it doesnt hold the pad in place so doesnt work at all!!!

I have a badly damaged shoulder and neck thats going to give me chronic pain for life and these are great and easier than my wheat bags and stays hotter for hours longer
