Just want to ask anyone in reciept of this kitchen islander. When fitting cupboard doors, did the cupboard doors have pre drilled holes? Ours hadn’t and it’s extremely difficult to judge where holes should be as I’m not a carpenter! These should be in the cupboard doors as they are in the drawers for the rails. Not happy!!!

It took some time to put together, probably 5 hours for me and my buddy taking it easy. The quality is good, the steps are simple, it just takes time. I would highly recommend this to someone looking to upgrade their kitchen on a budget, just be weary, this countertop will not be heat resistant at all like a normal stone. The countertop looks good and feels solid, but you know it’s not real pretty easily. I have nothing bad to say about it. It came very well packaged and everything was there

Very satisfied with our purchase. Good value, spacious benchtop that allows me and other people in the house to do things without knocking each other’s elbows. Easy to wipe and clean. Fits well with our space, we were worried initially it would be too big but now Im very happy with the size. Finish and colour goes well with our interior and feels solid, doesn’t look cheap (we had the black body).Only drawback would be the shipping time but that’s understandable and it’s worth the wait. Also be warned it is very heavy/solid so you’ll need help with lifting the boxes. Follow the instructions carefully, videos were helpful but still has gaps and needs more detail for clarity on other sections.

Gorgeous well made , I love it except . 350$ to have furniture assembled. Plus fee to have delivered Into your house. Be aware of that and it’s huge I know that I will have to have it lifted out it won’t make it out the hallway , think of that price wise . I love the huge white marble top and blue cabinet I bought 2 chateau white leather chairs on ZURI ALSO GORGEOUS. I WILL PUT IN PICS
Wow - I’m very impressed. Pieces were Packaged well, delivered on time, friendly and knowledgeable customer service staff, high quality parts, and very nice style. Takes two people to assemble and move, mostly because of the weight. The Instructions are basic, It helps to have put furniture together before.
Island looks great. But, assembly was TERRIBLE. The instructions were confusing and skipped multiple steps for assembling key components (like drawers). The instructions didn’t clearly label what screws and other small assembly pieces should go where. The island is also missing predrilled holes for the cabinet doors, which we haven’t installed because, well, that sounds awful even to my husband and I who are pretty handy. I am thoroughly enjoying using the island despite its flaws and the terrible assembly experience but I wouldn’t buy something like this ever, ever again. This was the most stressful experience in my marriage in recent memory. If you value your relationships and your sanity, spend the money to buy a pre-assembled island or make one yourself for all ... MoreIsland looks great. But, assembly was TERRIBLE. The kitchen island looks very good, the quality of workmanship is good. But there are minor problems, for example: 1. The fittings of the sliding shelves are of very poor quality. 2. For this kind of money, you can put in the kit the required number of stickers for the aesthetic appearance of the product, to cover the visible bolts and nuts.
Pros: shipping was on time and the product came packaged super securely and safely. Style was modern and sleek. Good quality materials. Price was good as the sale was a discount.Cons: an unadulterated nightmare to put together. The instructions are worse than bad they are just plain impossible. If you value your sanity Do not attempt to put it together yourself. If you do try to put it together yourself, do not follow the instructions in the box please. Instead try to follow the video on the product site as this person doesn’t follow the instructions and he does it well and it can help you. building this was a terrible experience.
Okay so first things first. In 9 years of doing furniture assembly this is by far the worst product i have ever come across. Literally nothing in the assembly instructions lines up. There is no detail and you are pretty much flying blind . Not all is the instructions horrible but the build quality is underwhelming as well. Save your money and buy elsewhere. This is trash
This is an awesome island! I specifically wanted a larger island for the extra workspace and that also had counter seating. This certainly delivers. It is also VERY sturdy. It was packaged very carefully and everything was well cushioned and protected. The only negative thing was the serious lack of directions for assembly. If I hadn't read on previous reviews that there was an assembly video available I don't know that we could have put it together. It did take both my husband and myself to assemble it because some of the pieces are too heavy for one person to manipulate. Once together it has been a wonderful addition to our home.
