We watch a lot of movies and sports, and my teenagers love to play video games so we needed a Tv that is a good fit for the whole family, and after doing a lot of research we picked this one and it didn’t disappoint! The picture quality is phenomenal, the colors are so bright and contrasty both for Tv watching as well as for video games which is hard to find at this price point. Bought this a week ago. First thought, it was kinda bizzare on the setup. But once I got past that, well, The sound is pretty good lots of options and the color is actually very good. I have a 2yr old Hisense thats a AndroidTV/GoogleTV and has the full google play app/store baked in. I ccan also sideload anything onto it in a few ways. However I bought this Tv for my bedroom and its prefect except I soon realized that the system was very locked down. I tried to install some apps and the tv talked to me saying the app isnt compatible with this tv..lol. WHAT??? So I started freaking out and was about to take it back. But There is a browser app you can install that allows you to easily download and install ANY app almost to the tv. Now I have everything on it and it ... MoreBought this a week ago. Well I can tell you this, I believe its 12GB internal storage but youll have about 7 or 8GB free to use because the system takes up 4 or 5GB. But my older tv only has 4GB storage so this is almost double thank god. And according to instructions you can connect to the USB ports to create additional storage. I have yet to see a tv that says that but where it actually works. I do NOT know the processor installed in it nor the speed of it. I was kinda stumped and so where the best buy sales guys as they didnt have a clue as to those specs of this TV. they searched their site and the internet and nowhere on the Box or manual or online on anything even on Hisenses website they DO NOT list any Storage or Processor specs at all. Very strange considering like when i buy a phone i always NEED to know how much internall storage the phone has right..anyway I HIGHLY recommend this tv. But i only needed the 43 inch for my small room but for what $270 you can get the 55 inch. I would for sure buy that one at that price an amazing tv.

I highly recommend this TV! I'm a Texas A&M student and I love watching our football games from home. This TV is such an upgrade from my previous TV, and has been an overall great investment. The set up was easy and quick. It has adjustable stand holes so it adjusts to fit your TV stand which is such a helpful feature. The picture quality is clear and the colors are vibrant. The volume is excellent, it sounds great. I feel like I have my own personal movie theatre with this TV. Very happy with my purchase overall and would 100% recommend this TV to a friend. You can tell its high quality. The set up for streaming apps is also very straightforward and easy to use. Overall it looks great, sounds great, and it is very user friendly. I give this TV an easy 5/5 stars.
I had to get a new tv for my home. and wanted a 75 inch but something afforadable that i cohld eventually move into a spare bedroom for guest. this is what i chose. its honestly extremely good for the price point. i had to mess around a lot with the settings it came with tho but after about an hour of testing it was good to go! setting up took maybe 15 minutes due to slow google tv update. this is listed as wifi 6 but it definitely is not. it would recognize my wifi 6 network but 5g did work. the OS isnt too bad in terms of speed. i already like and have had the google tv os so that wasnt at all an issue when nagivating.the blacks really dont stand out too well on the default settings i use the dark equalizer and black color set from 0 to -2 and now colors still ... Being a cable field technician, I see a lot of my customers with the Hisense brand, and I am always shocked by the picture. Being in the market for a 65” from a 48” C1 LG OLED for our media room, this was the most affordable and feature rich of the brands I looked at. After s couple of hours fine tuning, this little giant of a TV looks a good if not better than my C1. For not being QLED, MiniLED, or OLED, this tv is powerul and confident…and again at a fraction of the cost. Bravo Hisense, theres only up from here!

Inconvenient in that this is mounted 8 feet high, so getting exchange done is challenging. Plus, it took extensive time on the phone to get everything done correctly. It also resulted in my getting a Best Buy text saying my vehicle was scheduled that afternoon at 2:15 for remote security installation on my 2002 Chevy, in Avon, Indiana. I don't have a 2002 Chevy, I didn't want a remote security installation, and I live in Cary, North Carolina. This call was also cut off, requiring a complete restart. In total spent 3.5 hours talking to different people to get everything resolved. In other news, the store can give you a membership, but ... MorePreviously puchased this same set. No problems. This tv is a piece of garbage, save your money. I purchased one and when I got it home I found the screen was cracked/broken. Called Best Buy and was told to return it. When I brought it back the manger refused to accept it. Called Hisense and they refuse as well stating a cracked screen isn't covered under warranty. I buy a messed up tv and all parties involved refuse to help and are blaming each other and saying it's my fault for not checking it. I checked as soon as I got home. Do not buy this tv and to be honest don't buy anything from Best Buy. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and the one time I have a problem they won't do a darn thing to help. The 55 inch 4K tv broke and I needed a replacement fast and unfortunately I'm on a very tight budget. Bought this and set it up with ease. Shipping in 5 days. The longest 5 days I've ever had to wait, geese. Great picture right out of the box. After a few movies, gaming, and youtube shows is when I started to looked into the settings and set it the way I wanted. Some settings are greyed out, not sure why? but there's not much to change, It's awesome. The tv speaker with DTS Virtual:X, well I can't say it sounds good because I do have a Pheanoo soundbar sub, works great with it. Connected it to the arc hdmi port. The cool thing is that the tv remote controls the sound bar volume weee, love it. The nintendo switch is 1080p but not sure if the tv 4k upscaler will scale ...
