This has been a godsend for my brother's night terrors. His sleep improved very quickly after 2 or 3 days. Before taking this, he had panic attacks almost every night. One capsule every morning on an empty stomach helped eliminate the panic attacks, regulate sleep, and also reduce his stress. It noticeably made him a generally more calm person. The size of the capsule is rather small, he reported no strong taste or smell. It is advised to take it daily for 5 weeks and then pause for 1 week before resuming, if necessary. That's what he did, for a total of 3 months, and he swears by ashwagandha now. No more night terrors, interrupted sleep or panic attacks. The benefits of this adaptogen are incredible!

Organic is not organic...it doesn't matter. But I increasingly began to believe in non-traditional medicine. I tried Ayurvedic medicine in India and therapy in other countries and I can say that it had a very positive effect on my condition... maybe emotionally, maybe physically I can’t determine, but overall it’s good. I can’t say that this is an energy booster because it affects everyone differently depending on their physical, moral and mental states. For example, I test Ashwagandha as a sedative and as an additional beneficial therapy for the body. I like this effect and will continue to watch it and maybe try combining it with other herbs.

This product is very good. It helps you drift off to sleep as well as help with anxiety. I use it at night before bed and it calms your body and mind down for a good nights sleep.
