After stopping the contraceptive pill my skin proceeded to freak out big time. I decided to give this a go, but was quite skeptical at first. However, it has definitely made an improvement to me skin. My breakouts and inflammation have really reduced and I am going to keep on taking it for sure!

I was trying a different skin supplement for 3 months with no improvements. Within a few days of using this a saw a major improvement with my acne. A winning combo of products in my opinion is this + no. 4 edible tea 1 sometimes 2 cups a day + tea tree oil applied to pimples in morning. I hope this helps, I've had many people compliment my skins improvements.

I have had bad skin for a long time and this product seems to help calm my skin. I love how it is a natural product and not a huge pill to swallow. I was recommended this by my friend and I would recommend it to others with skin issues. It won't give you flawless skin but it helps
Noticed significant results to my complexion since I started taking the pills. The skin stopped breaking, it feels a lot more balanced and acne has reduced significantly in just a few days. No side effects so far which is an added bonus for me. I have to say that after giving up on ever getting rid of acne, this product has made confident it is up to the task. Simply loving it!
Didn’t see a difference, apparently tablets aren’t as good as potent oil eg cod liver oil so wouldn’t buy again. Apart from not getting major cystic bumps, it hasn’t improved scarring, new pimples etc
This really helps my acne as long as I take it on a regular basis. I notice it comes back after I stop taking it. Overall a great product with natural ingredients.
Made a huge improvement on my skin when taken with Evening Primrose Oil. Cleared up quite painful hormonal break outs. Also love the immune supportive vitamins in this product too as an added bonus! Will keep repurchasing.
i used quite a few of these bottles and found no real imorovement in hormonal acne. i wouldnt rebuy. did find zilch to be successful but much more expensive.
