My son really wanted this for his birthday - for some reason he's slightly obsessed with Henry vacuums. It's absolutely adorable, but literally has no suction whatsoever. Makes a noise, but couldn't suck up a crumb. Novelty value only.

A brilliant little vacuum cleaner. Perfect for getting grit and stuff off your laptop keyboard and similar items around your house or office. Important to note that it takes 3 batteries, which gives it good power, and that there is internal foam packaging that you have to remove. Probably it's me but, until I inserted the extra battery and removed the foam packing it didn't function properly. I love it.
Visually, a miniature version of the real thing but do not expect a similar performance. Given that it is powered by AA batteries it performs its intended task superbly ie: crumbs off a desk/table, dust and fluff from a key board and landscaping materials from model railways, dioramas and the like. The supplied filter material (a coarse sponge) functions much better if trimmed to a snug fit in the suction aperture just prior to the incredible (for its size) fan. Keep the filter clean, as per the instructions, and this little Henry will prove invaluable.
Delivery was very fast and efficient with good packaging. It was a gift for my nephew who was obsessed with Henry hoover. Menkind have this unique desk hoover no one else has. I put the batteries in and it does not work at all. This gave me an hour of a baby crying to make Henry work. Due to the inconvenience of returning the item, that was just impossible due to the baby not letting go off Henry.
The item looks great in the box and is a good match for the full-size Henry that my wife loves. However, the power is a disappointment, even with new batteries. Opening the dust compartment is quite stiff, but might get easier with more use. There are some crumbs/dust in there, so it is doing something, but its more effective to clean keyboards by turning upside-down and tapping out the crumbs. Unsurprisingly, this is a novelty item and will end up as an ornament or in the bin / boot sale.
Batteries are expensive, and this requires three. Don't do this unless you want the sight and sound of a mini henry vac with none of the practicality for $30+ batteries not included
Pretty useless really, just looks cute. Bought it to hoover up crumbs on my wooden dining table that has expansion grooves and really struggles to suck up any of the crumbs down the grooves! Won't pick up anything at all when using the extension tools, can only use the hose with nothing attached to it to get sufficient suction. Don't waste your money, it really is just a novelty toy that looks cute but serves no purpose at all.
the attachments dont fit. i was not aware i needed to buy batteries for it and it is way too small for my needs. bear in mind that im saying this from my perspective. the product may be ok for others as long as the attachment problem is sorted out. regards mike buckley
