Heller 2000W Electric Indoor Fireplace

the operating switches are very difficult to switch on the heater & impossible to switch very disappointing to the high heat- it also had marks on the top of the case.

Hi I need help this heater arrived but does not work. What do I do?? I am not sure how to return it or what the cost will be to do this. I simply plugged it in and there was nothing. I have similar heaters to this so I know the process of reading the manu

Product returned as I had not checked the specifications properly and it was too small for my requirements.

Not the best heat, and sometimes the flame does move. but overall it's what I wanted for the back room

nice heater with great flame effect, heats room well but controls are not very clear and not easy to adjust but keeps us warm so I guess we are happy

It’s small, compact and most inviting to watch - easy to operate and great value in having the choice of two heat setting along with the fan. The flame effect makes one feel warm and cosy on its own. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Only quibble is it projects heat straight upwards instead of horizontally. So, you're not going to feel it much if you sit near it - but, it does produce a lot of heat, & the fire effect is nice.

I am mostly happy with the product . It heats the house up nicely. The flame effect if nice also. It is smaller than I though it would be so it is good for small rooms.

One week old Lights have already started to flicker like it might stop working very soon. Heater part is good.

Because it's quiet and provides ample heat even on low setting and has option auto-off timer is good size like old-school 34cm TV and the flame effect is very nice and realistic. A very worthy buy.
