Loss my previous one, so I bought a replacement right away. If you sweat a lot, it's a great cap for summer time.

...while there is sufficient volume in the crown of the cap for most people (believe me, because I have a huge noggin) I still think the bill of the cap is too short for me, and I'd venture for most adults too.
This hat is comfortable to wear and looks better than previous models I have (I own 2 of these prior to ordering this one). Previous models looked a bit weird due to the head band causing the peak to sit high on the head. They seem to have improved things and the sweat channeling works very well.
I have the halo skull cap and thought I would give the hat a try. It's ok but would be better if the band inside to catch the sweat was attached.I do like the the shade provided by the hat bill but it's very flat and not flexible. Personal choice but I like to bend my hat bills.A decent product but as someone that has a shaved head I think the skull cap is a better option.
I just ordered my second Halo Sport Hat because they are the BEST at sweat control. The hat is breathable so you stay cool while wearing it and the exceptional sweat band inside allows me to walk without feeling like I'm in a shower. It washes really well too. I'd highly recommend the Halo Sport Hat!
Whilst the Halo brand represents that it’s “ Patented Sweat Seal channels sweat back and away from the eyes and face!” my experience is that it only ‘reduces’ the amount of sweat from your eyes and face. Otherwise the intent of the design is good.
Have been using the Sport Hat since Oct 2014. It has been so helpful at minimizing the amount of sweat (stinging) that gets into my eyes. My old hat finally wore out and I had to get a new one. This is great that we can now get them in Canada. I am trying to help spread the word...
I train/compete in track and field. I need a cap that protects my eyes from sunlight and provides the sweat barrier. I have used these hats for over 18 years. I have 3 different colors--red, black, blue--I wanted the grey to complete my active collection.
I had originally purchased a Halo headband and that works well for indoor workouts. But combining the headband with the hat has really contributed double duty to my outdoor workouts: (1) no blinding sweat in my eyes, and (2) no blinding sun in my eyes. Very happy with the Halo cap.
