Lovely guitar - set up nicely - rings out nicely acoustically. I will replace the Bigsby B70 with a B3/30 - the B70 seems a bit too heavy and cumbersome for the size of the guitar (Les Paul size). Great feeling bound neck, with thumbnail inlays - Good pickups and controls - love the master volume. Decent tuners, but will replace with Grover Statites. Had many guitars - this is a 'keeper' - love the feel of it....may refinish in the future - amber, orange or even sunburst...then it'd get 5 stars from me!

Superior playability compared to others in price range. Workmanship matches those of higher price. The only problem I really have is that it came delivered with a fret buzz so I am guessing I need a setup. I would like to have seen that included in the sale price. A case included would be nice as well. Cases in the correct size are a bit difficult to find.

This guitar is such a treat to play. The support in the shop was excellent and really useful. I tried a load of different ones, including several that were a few hundred pounds more expensive, but kept going back to this one. It looks stunning and is beautifully made. It’s a really good weight (relatively light due to the hollow sides so not too heavy for long gigs) and it’s balanced well when sat or standing with a strap. The pickups deliver big time, whether you want warm, clean jazz tones, funky bridge rifffs or massive, overdriven grunt. The centre block is ideal for reducing unwanted feedback and the Bigsby offers some great trem effects without putting it out of tune at all. Delivered quickly and safely with good comms from courier and PMT.

Looks great, sounds great, plays great. Why didn't I buy a Gretsch years ago? Great value for money and the folks in PMT Norwich were very friendly and helpful, as always.
The Gretsch I bought was rated by Misic Store as a "returned" product with "traces of use". I am still trying to find these traces. The guitar is great, definitely an instrument with a high quality to price ratio.
The build and general look and feel of the guitar is good. The plastic protector on the tremelo arm comes off easily so I need to be careful not to lose it. The tone controls are easy to access and use. Size and weight is perfect, not too big or heavy.
This guitar is really good and I am very pleased with it, apart from a bit of a buzz on the low E. I guess I will need to hand it in somewhere to get it adjusted, which is annoying as the guitar was not cheap. The protector on the tremolo arm comes off easily, so it could get lost, which is not good.
The colour and finish is amazing. The pickups give an astonishing clear and loud output. Superb action and an all round quality guitar. Now my main gig guitar.
