This is one of my favorite products from the Gorilla brand. I’ve used it for many applications and love that it comes in multiple widths. We have a cabin that gets heavy snow and are required to post a rental permit on our bear box. Gorilla Tape is the only product I’ve found that can withstand the winter weather! I’ve also used it to repair other things that come in contact with moisture. The adhesion and durability are fantastic. It’s a bit tough to get off the roll, but that’s because it’s so sticky.

It's incredibly strong, weather-resistant, and sticks to just about everything. I love that it comes in a few different colors, so I can match it to my decor. I use it every year to seal around my air conditioner (those in room ones really leave a lot to be desired with weather-proofing). This tear-resistent, super strong magic tape always does the trick.

On an outdoor project I used another well known brand of duct tape and it failed terribly. It could not stand up to humidity in the air and would fall off, come undone and would not stick in place.I switched to Gorilla Tape and there's no going back. This is the absolute best, strongest and reliable tape on the market. I always have a roll of it in the house and in the truck for those outdoor projects. It's never let me down. I highly recommend it.

If it doesn't stick to something nothing will! Bonds very securely and stays stuck, also bonds firmly to itself. It is best applied to a clean, dry surface. It can be removed without damaging most plastic or metal surfaces, doesn't leave adhesive residue on most Ãtems. However Ãt may strip off paint or other similar finishes on removal, it's that well bonded. Easy to cut or tear a strip from the roll. Strong just like a Gorilla should be, it lives up to the name.

This tape works great for labeling difficult surfaces. I have storage bins in a storage facility, which can get quite hot. Every type of tape I’ve used to date seems to fall off the storage bins when the summer months hit. This tape stays in place and offers a nice writing surface with a sharpie pen. The white color helps with visibility of the writing on the tape. There is another brand at Lowe’s about two dollars less expensive however, the gorilla brand is strong and hence my choice. I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a strong cloth type rubber-based tape similar to duct tape.

Wow! Such a huge roll! I received the Gorilla Tape roll of extra thick and extra strong tape. It tears like normal duct tape, and does feel thicker than normal. While I’m not sure it’s twice the normal thickness, it does feel very solid. There’s no separation of the threads and plastic, and no d’élimination of the adhesive layer, like in some cheaper tapes. The smell is…hard to describe. A little bit like superglue, and a little bit like clear packing tape? Better than a certain brand of tape, not definitely not odorless. Though that might be because it’s a new roll that got wrapped in plastic that held in the smell?Either way, this roll is ginormous! Bigger than my hand! I just needed to make sure a tarp wrapped around 2 plastic boxes sitting on a hitch haul stayed on and kept the water out. I bought this thinking I would have a lot left over. Didn't realize how much shorter this was than a standard role you get somewhere else, but it barely wrapped around each of the boxes the narrow way with about a foot of overlap and around the length of the two boxes once with about 3 inches of overlap before completely running out. It never came loose. After about 30 hours and almost 2000 freeway miles I took it of and it removed the blue surface from most of the tarp where it stuck, and competely tore a section out of the tarp in one area. so it was sturdy and stuck well, just plan on getting more roles than you think you might need.
Stupidly, I was sucked in by the TV ads, and purchased the very over-priced FlexSeal. Roll was super small, and if you tried to cut a piece, scissors would get stuck. Tried using it to repair a tiny puncture in an exercise ball (large ones, useful for abdominal work). It didn't stay on at all. After seeing Gorilla Tape being used to secure audio cables to a cement floor, and found how well it held, I decided to buy some and try that repair again. WORKS like a CHARM! Ball is fully inflated, 2" square over the pinhole, NO leaks at all. Nearly half the cost of the worthless stuff I purchased before - so YES! I would highly recommend this product!
