I trialed the magnesium tablets on my child with ASD and didn't really notice a difference after 3 weeks of taking the tablets. I started with one tablet a night for the first week then increase to two the there after. Although I take Magnesium myself as I am a firm believer of the product however it hasn't worked on my little boy yet never the less will keep going till the bottle is finished.

Originally started buying these for my 4yo son as he would constantly blink, and both my children were difficult to settle down to sleep each night. Also my 2.5yo gets growing pains. After taking these they soon began to settle to sleep so well, and my sons excessive blinking stopped. After our 3rd, maybe 4th bottle we ran out for a few weeks and my sons blinking returned, ordered more and blinking gone again! They also love taking them, they love the taste.

We have been using these for our toddler (who turned 3 in December 2018). We were struggling with tantrums which was down to overtiredness. We are using these morning and night, along with the “tissue salts be calm†tablets and have noticed a massive improvement in her mood and general disposition. She isn’t so agitated and wound up, and seems calmer and easier to reason with. We havnt had as many tantrums! She also likes the flavour and enjoys talking her pills!

These really work, we tried a few and these taste nice and my kids eat them no complaints. We all have two (parents too) after dinner and my sleep (getting to and staying asleep) has greatly improved, thank you
I bought these for my 3yo son who has had difficulty sleeping since birth. More recently it seemed to be due to \'growing pains\' and what can only be described as night irritability - he would wake frequently most nights grizzling or needing me. I also have one year old twins and am a sole parent so really wasn\'t enjoying this! I tried one of these tablets in the evenings and there was no difference. So I tried two and OMG - we have much calmer sleep with very few wakings - if any! A literal life and game changer. I feel SO much better, so he must feel amazing. Praise Be!

I purchased 2 bottles of magnesium for kids couple of months back. I can tell that this products help my little man with autism focus more. when my son started using it, me and my wife noticed the difference on his behavior and the other thing with this product, it lessens my sons involuntary eye movement. will purchased this product soon once it becomes back on stock.

We have used this product for our children for years to help them with sleep, growth spurts and general well-being. I've noticed a difference when we run out and I don't replace them promptly, so have stuck with them. I still remember the agony of growing pains as a child and feel good about helping my children through that using magnesium. Plus they like the taste!
These seem to work really well! I use only once or twice a week , or at the moment with Summer holidays, after a busy busy late day. First time BOTH of my kids slept through the WHOLE night they had these, my first full nights sleep in nearly 6 years!
