I've always been a huge fan of Givenchy perfumes with my all time favorite being Amarige. Givenchy L?Interdit has been an old classic, and it's first perfume launched for none other than Audrey Hepburn; that in itself is testimony to the style and the typical woman that would wear this perfume. The new L’Interedit Eau de Toilette from Givenchy is a perfect example of a floral fruity fragrance where the fruity accords actually come more from the floral notes than the fruit. The fruity, grape soda floral accord that comes from the tuberose and the orange blossom in the heart is both what I get the strongest immediately upon spraying, AND what seems to have the greatest staying power in the scent, being what lasts the longest on my skin and my clothes.I’ve tried the EDP version before and found this to be true there as well but it’s a heavier, thicker scent. The main notes I picked up were the citrus, patchouli and musk which is why I think it lasts all day. The scent is very unique and probably not for everyone.
