Gelish Polygel Gel Nail Enhancement System - Trial Kit

Preface I am not a professional nail tech, I have been doing my own nails since i was a teen. I started with glue on moved to acrylic (Which is not my forte) and landed on gel as my preferred method. I am able to play with gel as long as I need to get my desired result, however gel typical self levels and even builder gel which holds it shape better is a pain to get smooth and as close to perfect as possible pre-filing. I do need to practice to master it someday but I digress....The reason I brought up Gel and Acrylic is because Poly Gel is a marriage of the two. It provides you with the best of both worlds and drops the cons. With poly gel you have all the time in the world to play with the product to get it just perfect so long as you don't cure it you can keep on playing. ( The best aspect of Gel and Con of Acrylic.) It also stays just where you put it and holds its shape exactingly as you felt it (Pro of Acrylic Con of Gels.) for as long as you like (Gel pro) It is surprisingly strong, stronger then gel or acrylic yet still somewhat flexible like gel. It come in all the basic shades A natural clear, cover pink, french pink, soft white (For ombre baby boomers) and even bright white for a stunning french set. Poly Gel is the next wave and I am glad to be riding it. I will still use conventional gels but this is always going to be in my arsenal. As a women who does her own nails it makes doing my none dominant hand much easier. (With practice you get really good using both hands.) In short its a phenomenal product I cant begin to recommend enough. Weather your a gel user or an acrylic user you should at least try this once. Get the best of both worlds!

Worth it, I don’t see acrylics lasting much longer in the nail salon industry so this would be a great alternative as apposed to hard gels which is a lot harder to practice. If you’re a beginner nail tech and looking to move up in the world of nail enhancements this is your best bet. No more worrying about powder to liquid ratios and it does dry until you cure it. Just keep practicing until it feels smooth for you. I use a tip under mine, some people prefer forms. Find the method to your own madness.

It does take some practice to get used to. I would recommend having an e-file at home to make it easier to shape BUT the poly gel can still be shaped with a regular file. It'll take more work and you'll go through files like crazy but it will get the job done. With polygel, it's like they took the best qualities of acrylic and gel nails and combined it together. Polygel is definitely not as strong as acrylic but if you build it up right, it should last just as long as acrylic nails. Received my gelish master kit last week and did my nails 5 days ago. They turned out amazing for my first time. I am not a professional. I started doing my nail about 9 months ago cause I got tired of having to come home after spending $55 on my nail and having to file them the way I like them. I started off doing the acrylic dip. They looked good but only with polish on them. I couldn’t get the pink and white to look good. The pink was always cloudy and had bubbles in it. About a month ago I seen a add on Facebook for a poly gel and it looked amazing. I started researching. There are a lot of cheap ones out there but after watching countless videos and read reviews I decided on the Gelish.

The key is what is slipped over the bottom of the tube is used to push up the product as its emptied out. I've heard of the seams of the tube bursting from too many repeated hard squeezing without the key, so you'll definitely want to use it right away. I get between 3-4 weeks out of most of my sets. Great stuff, many other beautiful shades Gelish offers too.

Gelish polygel is so easy to use for nail enhancements. It doesn’t dry until you cure it, allowing for indefinite time to sculpt your nail. I wish they had more colors though. The slip solution is delightful because it doesn’t smell like a salon. It’s light and almost floral. A little goes a long way. My polygel nails last so much longer than acrylic or gel too.

Amazing product!

Ive never tried Polygel before and from watch Nail Career Educations YouTube videos about it I knew I needed to try it. From learning how to do nails on my own from YouTube videos, and having no acrylic or gel experience, I feel like Polygel is the perfect product to play with to perfect the proper nail structure (especially the apex which is especially important since I wear my natural nails very long). Polygel is also amazing since it will never cure unless you put it under a lamp, so you have all the time to get the shape you want so you can save time and effort on filing later. And this is a great deal since the Master Kit comes with everything you need for the system, and no license is needed to buy from here.

Such a dependable great quality product. I have used Gelish products for 5 years now and have never been disappointed yet. Other brands work that's true, but I love the Gelish line. They sell all the products that work with there systems and you can depend on them working if you follow all their instructions to the que. The colors are the most desirable and the application instructions can be found all over the web. Can't go wrong with this brand. Spend the money!

Poly gel nails lifted in three days

I used this twice. Two nails came off in three days. Doesnt stay in my mail. I used dehydrator and primer and the nails dont stay on Going back to Morovan poly gel

This is my first time trying to do my own nail extensions at home. I found this product so easy to use, it doesn't move around or dry until you cure it so you have as much time as you would like to place the product and shape it how you want. Also files down really easily!Would definitely recommend.
