Gardeon 3 Piece Outdoor Adirondack Lounge Beach Chair Set - White

Poor quality chairs, very cheaply made look good in the photos, however poor quality.Save and get the expensive real deal ones, not even good for firewood.

I’m sorry to say I was initially disappointed with the product as I had trouble aligning some of the screw holes resulting in timber splitting in a few places and found a broken screw in one of the holes. Also, some of the screws were too short, so I had to use my own longer screws to achieve a secure fitting. The chairs are now in place on our deck and look ok after much angst putting them together.

These were the worst! Awfully made, painted with an undercoat so you get splinters just touching it, hard to put together & I can’t even use the leg rest as it’s too hard to get in or out. Horrible product & I regret buying it.

Looks sturdy but will need a paint very soon. Looks like maybe has been very lightly sprayed only. Barely any white paint on some areas.

Cheap

Very disappointed in this purchase. It was scratched, paint was ingrained with dirt. The paint is like a white washed primer. Very hard to assemble. It’s currently back in the box with no response from any staff support. DONT BUY! I’m disappointed Harvey Norman would sell an inferior product.

Good construction, poor finish.

Paint work was extremely poor. The white finish was a very poor undercoat at best. The furniture required sanding and two coats of white exterior paint before it was useable. Construction was sound.

Not Weather Proof Outdoor Furniture

These Chairs and accessories are not as described - They are not primed and ready to be "outdoor furniture". They have a very light spray coat of white undercoat over them - which is see through to the timber. They are not coated on the bottoms of the timber that would sit on the ground, therefore open to the elements, swelling, rot etc. In order to have them outdoor you will need to paint at least 2 coats of outdoor proof paint to preserve these from the elements. If you don't have the time, energy or money to put into painting - avoid this product.I have raised my concerns with Payday deals, and they are unwilling to receive the items as a return as 'not as described' and will only allow return on 'change of mind' which would mean I pay the return postage, which ... MoreThese Chairs and accessories are not as described - They are not primed and ready to be "outdoor furniture". So, buyer beware.

Poorly finished

Putty used to cover imperfections in the timber has not been sanded, some of the timber has not been painted at all, and the whole product should have received another coat of paint. Instructions are poor and not easy to understand. Way too much polystyrene and plastic used in the packaging. Perfect example of what you get when you import from a poor quality Asian manufacturer that pays their workers a few dollars per day.

Such poor quality

I could not be more disappointed with this product, very poor quality. I would expect a lot more from a product endorsed by Myer. Filler used to fill holes, cracks in timber and areas so rough you will get a splinter.

Terrible quality

Shocking quality. Won’t go together with supplied hardware. Poor paint finish. ? Undercoat only. Patched holes on table top.Still waiting for returns/ refund to be organized by customer service.
