I was apprehensive about buying this product after reading hundreds the reviews. The reviews were all mixed, and some reviewer‘s complained about blank/dark pictures. I bought it anyway. I opened it today and it took me no more than five minutes between opening the package and taking my first photo – the user interface is very easy. I installed the film with one click and got to work. The first picture was blank and dark, but from that point on, the pictures are beautiful. Note that the pictures appear on the white side and not on the black side of the film. Do not flap around the picture to help it develop, and do not expose it directly to the sun either. Amazing but broken

I love these camera’s!! They take amazing pictures and the quality is amazing! Now for why i put it as two stars, first I want to say I ordered them online because the many times I went into the store they didn’t have the colors I wanted. Now every time I go to take a picture the orange light in front blinks as there was no film, even if it’s a brand new film that I had just put in. So there for I have to open it, close it, take a pic which come out blank then that the picture I want to take. This is a waste of film and money because the films aren’t cheap! This happens every time I take a picture! I’m so upset. Half of the films are blank! I don’t know if anything happened while it was being delivered or what but so unhappy with this problem.

Amazing camera when you can get your hands on one

Purchased the item and it worked for 2 months and started vibrating quite violently and loudly when I tried to take a photo so took it back to the store to which they were happy to help me with a new one as they could see the issue without even having to test it. Was really happy with how they helped as I didn’t want a refund, I purchased the Polaroid to log my travels around Australia and was heading to Bali in the next few weeks. Anyway 2-3 weeks pass and we’re in Bali and the camera isn’t taking photos how it should be, the background of photos blurred out and wouldn’t take a decent picture in the night although the flash was supposed to help, so I wait 3 weeks to get back to Australia to take the camera back hoping for a return but no such luck. Also while I was in the store there was a lady behind me with the exact same Polaroid waiting to speak to the refund team so I’m now thinking maybe FujiFilm is the problem. Don't waste your money

This thing is the one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. I got it for our daughter for Christmas. On Christmas morning it said it was jammed. We had to expose the brand new film to try and fix it. We got the error to go away until a week later when it did it again. Same thing, but wasted film to try and fix it. There was NOT a jam either time. She used it to take two more pictures and the third one she took last week…and you guessed it…error code saying it was jammed. We’re past our exchange window so we’re stuck with a camera that works every couple of pictures and then forces you to waste film trying to fix it. Such a disappointment

Great instant pics

Great little camera for instant pics. Took a little bit to get used to the orientation of the camera after iPhone pics for so long. Produces great credit card sized pics instantly. Fun novelty.Only bugbear about it is the button. It comes with an external button thingy with double sized tape that doesn’t stay on, and the button isn’t all that easy to press.It does come with a little mirror, and adjustable focus, so you can take selfies - instant pics for the modern age.All in all great camera with great pics for a good price, with reasonably priced consumables compared to others available.

Stopped working after a few days

The camera stopped working. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas- 2022. She loves it! She has used 2 film cartridges and started a memory book. Then it stopped working. She only used it for a few days. We have changed the batteries and gotten new film and it still just won’t work. The light will blink. I read the manual and it said to take the batteries out while it is on and replace them to “reset” the camera. We did that and it turns on, but won’t take a picture anymore. Sadly I saw the reviews that this is a common problem that it stops working shortly after buying it. That’s a lot of money wasted on a camera that worked for a couple days. I plan on returning it and would like a replacement, but am hesitant to get another one if it won’t last.
