I bought this lunch bag for my daughter at the start of the year, for her first year of school. I brought this as it had wonderful reviews. The lunch bag does it’s job with keeping the food cold, even on those super hot days. Unfortunately the lunch bag quality isn’t as good as I thought it would be, it’s only been the first term of school and the hemming inside the bag is coming apart and has small holes. Underneath the bag is all worn (from where my daughter places it down when eating her lunch) and my daughter isn’t rough with it. If it’s like this after the first term, I doubt I’ll see the year through. Bit disappointed due to its price and reviews. But it definitely keeps the lunch cold in Queensland weather, and that’s the main thing.

These lunch boxes/cooler bags are simply AMAZING!! We have used this product for the entire year and it is still going! We have just upgraded the colour for next year! These really do keep your lunch cold for 8 hours. I love that if my daughter brings her yoghurt home, it is still cold and I am able to re-use it instead of throwing it away. We have purchased and extra ice panel though so we have one in her lunch box and one in the freezer. Highly recommend this product and especially for those schools who do not have fridges for the kids to use.

This product is excellent. I have teamed it up with the yumbox original. The quality is faultless and my boys have not complained about warm lunch since introducing the fridge to go. Even with their yumbox lunchbox inside there is still room for a banana or an apple and another item or two so no more hungry and grumpy boys at school pick up. The fridge to go overall size is perfect for their school backpack leaving plenty of room for other items. My boys are 9, 6 and 6. I recommend this product.
I've bought one for my older son 3 years ago (still using and in good condition) and just bought another one for my younger son as he started kindy. It is an absolute great lunchbag, and great size too! It keeps the food and yogurt cold during hot summer days, and I use it in winter too, as the ice pack can be taken out if not needed. It fits yumbox really well with a little more room if you ever need to fit a yogurt pouch or something small as an extra. Great lunchbox, high recommend it!
I recently purchased this for my son who started kinder. He has the larger Bento lunchbox and this cooler bag fits this easily along with drink bottle and zip pockets for extra food and cutlery. The removable cooler pad keeps his lunch cool and there is a handy panel at the back for name label. It is easy to clean and he loves the fun design. Highly recommend.
Fits our Yumbox Tapas perfectly. Food stays chilled even in North Queensland summer. We love that there is a pocket for me to pack cutlery and wipes. At our school lunch breaks, the kids play first and then eat, so they need to bring their lunchboxes downstairs from their upstairs classrooms and put them in the eating area, then go play and return later to eat, it was essential that the drink bottle was packed all in one with the lunch or it would be forgotten and left in my child’s backpack upstairs, and he would return hot and thirsty from play with no cool water to drink. Fridge to go was one of the only lunch bags we could find this year that had a drink bottle pocket. We love it.
I bought a fridge to go back in January this year and lately it has mould growing on the bottom.. I'm not happy..I thought this would be a great lunch box to keep my daughters lunch cool while at school..I should've just bought acheap one..It's a lot of money to spend on this lunch box and for it to start going mouldy in the short amount of time that my daughter has used it.If there is someway that somebody can get in touch with me to resolve this pleaseI have sent e mails but they keep bouncing backThanks
Great lunchbox I would love to recommend all friends to have for their little ones. My daughter is upset with pink and she was excited when I showed her I ordered this lunch bag for her. I actually bought another lunch bag as a back up but this is the only one she is using everyday. It fits her Yumbox and 1 small container for her warm food. Bag provided for bottle becomes very convenient for us as my husband always forgot her water bottle. Thing becomes easier for everyone now.
I have been using Fridge to Go for my kids since kindergarten and they're now in middle school. It keeps their lunch COLD. They leave one the bus just after 7.30 am, and their food is cold and fresh long after lunch time. It fits all their recess, lunch & bus snacks no problems. We even use them when going on picnics. Lightweight, easy to clean.
