Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 70cl What happens when you combine Four Pillars Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia? Bloody Shiraz Gin is what. The resultant gin is an incredibly rich, deep purple colour, which turns iridescent pink when mixed with tonic or soda. Aromatically it has fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and a clear peppery, dense raspberry character. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. Unlike Sloe Gin (which is less than 30% ABV), the alcohol is 37.8% so it packs a punch and is ideal in a range of cocktails, or just straight on the rocks in all its pure purple glory, just with a slice of orange. Or in a fabulously colourful G&T! Best consumed within two years of vintage. The gin is unfiltered and may start to develop drier fruit characters beyond two years.

This distinctive gin is one of my all time favourites. It's absolutely delightful with Fever Tree tonic water over ice and is very refreshing with a slice of lemon. If you don't have lemon on hand, I also recommend trying it with a sprig of rosemary instead. Craft products are obviously very popular at the moment and I am more than happy to support this Australian brand. Great value for the price point.

I heard this won best gin producer of 2019 in the world! (International Wine and Spirits Award). So, I had to give it a try. Probably the cleanest and most pure gin I've ever in a martini (2 parts gin / 1 part dolin vermouth), gin and tonic with an orange slice. Highly recommend this amazing gin treat. I also highly recommend the Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin. All you need is ice! delicious! Thank you for producing such an amazing gin, Four Pillars. Until my next sip.

Just try it! Wow! Pour over ice or try it with a lemon tonic (I prefer Fever-tree) or soda. It's like a cocktail in a bottle. Made from gin and grapes from the Yarra Valley Australia... no added sugar and only a hint from the grapes. I heard this was a blend of Shiraz grapes and Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin. No aging or wine was added. Simple - Gin and Grapes = Delicious. Highly recommend. These guys also won #1 Gin Producer in the World 2019 at the International Wine and Spirits Awards in London. The Oscars in the drinks industry. Thanks Total Wine for selling this delicious gin!

This rare dry gin is crafted in the yarra valley. My favourite is to add this with some mediterranean tonic topped with either a crack of pepper or complimented with a wedge of lime and slice of ginger. The aromas are next level. Highly recommend it.
Rare Dry ~ This is an amazing gin. Leaves you with a smooth citrus hit. Well done.Would love to find their Bloody Shiraz Gin on the shelves …. HINT.
Sensational (and delicious) collaboration between two of my favourite Australian makers. The fruity flavours of Four Pillars Gin really shine in these chocolates.
Rich with tasting notes from Shiraz grapes. A bittersweet, dense raspberry and spiced juniper finish. Love the reddish-purple colour!
Shiraz simply adds extra versatility to this good gin. Hence you drink it as gin but at the back of your palate you also enjoy lovely hint of great wine. This feature does not reduce your joy of gin drinking but makes it more sophisticated
Whilst I generally love anything with Gin, the 2 milk chocolate varieties in this box and not good. Not good at all. They are sickly sweet. KB - you need to taste your product.I haven't tasted the dark varieties in this box yet. Hoping for a better experience.
Discovered this in Australia ages ago where everyone was raving about it. Bright vibrant red in colour, it turns an amazing pink in a G&T. Lots of fresh red fruit combined with smooth gin flavours. Super delicious! I just bought more...
