you can use these wipes any time you want i find they are great for freshing up duing the day or night, even if you have had a shower. wouldnt go with out them ... And if you go traveling the packet is small enough to fit into your hand bag
It leaves me feeling fresh. It is a great product but if made flushable would make the product better.
