Febreze 76985 Air Freshener Warmer, 45 Days of Freshness

I received a few of these for Christmas and I looove them. I can adjust the amount of scent it dispenses. I get a blue light notification when it’s time to replace the scents. I love the sleek look of it and how great it fills my home with whatever scent I’ve chosen. It’s never glitched and my kids don’t bother it. It’s not bulky or in the way at all. So I’m very pleased with this product. I will continue to use these until they don’t work then I’d replace them.

I just purchased this at Wal-Mart and so far am very pleased! I placed it near my front door and like the sleek design. It has a blue indicator light to let you know the oil is low as well as a dial for how strong you want the scent. I chose the vanilla and sky fragrance. Its a creamy fresh vanilla scent that smells so good. Looking forward to walking into a fresh clean scented house after working all day!

AN EXPENSIVE GIMMIC

I really wanted to try these because of the advertisements I saw. I worked in manufacturing and circuit boards have been around for many years so it made sense to me that these may work.I am blind and on social security. (Help of my daughter) They do NOT keep a constant scent. They do not do a better job than my other plug ins. (G_ _ de). By September 25th (30 days from the time I ORDERED them) the blue light was on on at least 3 of them.I don't like writing this review but I feel burned with this product and think it needs to be recalled.

Additional Parts Required

Well everyone knows the name brand Febreze right? As it's a common household name. So having other products like this Febreze plugin before but never actually owning the Febreze unit, I decided to try the Febreze. On the front of the package it says "1 day fresh for 50 days" so after reading that I logically assumed that I only needed to buy this product, plug it in, and it would work but boy was I wrong. This plug-in does not come with any scents whatsoever so you need to buy the scents separately, so now I got to go back to the store and buy the scents separately, because this product, although it may seem like it comes with the scents, it does not. The packaging does not say anywhere that you need to buy the scents separately. "This review was collected as part ... MoreWell everyone knows the name brand Febreze right? Beware of toxic fumes

I wouldn’t recommend buying any febreeze plug in products! I was using these for months, and developed a sore throat and chest congestion.I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me, until one of the plug ins ran out. I noticed that my symptoms got worse while sitting in the room with the plug ins and decided to unplug them all to see if it would help. After 2 months, 3 trips to the doctor and a 10day course of antibiotics- these were the culprit!!Do your research before inhaling toxic fumes. I hope this helps someone.

FeBreze Plug-Ins are the best you can buy!!!

I love the Febreze plug-in warmers. They notify you when your oil is getting low. They have various settings. They do not come with the oil fragrance bottles. That's a separate purchase. Once the Febreze fragrance runs out you can pop off the plastic cap and refill the glass bottle with any brand of universal fragrance oil you like. I use the brand Better Homes and Gardens "Soft Cashmere %26 Amber" Universal Fragrance Oil. Then put the plastic top back on and plug it back in. Keep your device cleaned off and it should last a long time. My house smells like a soft slightly sweet comforting scent.

If you can’t stand strobe lights replace47-50 days

I bought 5 of these for my house. Of course 1 is in my room. I will say the indicator light (blue strobe light) is very very annoying. If you don’t replace it on the 47-50 day mark. I’m terminal and bed bound so some days I get a few nights of a strobe light bed 💃 lol. I might try the one where it has a chip in it and it has a 1,2 or3 strength. Some of the scenes are pretty strong.I am in ♥️ with two sconces:pumpkin spice %26 apple something.

Meh...

I use the Bora Bora Waters smell, which smells amazing. But it doesn't last long, under 30 days on the lowest setting. The smell is real strong at first then pretty much dies down and it's barely noticeable, unless you turn it up, but then it lasts about 2-3 weeks tops. It's a little pricey and the only reason I keep buying it is because it really helps eliminate odors where our pet tortoise is housed.

Not worth it

I cannot smell anything unless I put my nose directly up to the plug in on the highest setting. Not sure if I have a faulty unit or if it is that bad of a product. I previously had a Glade plug in unit and that was way stronger but I liked the pine scent that Fabreeze offered so purchased the plug in unit to go with it. I wouldn’t buy. Very disappointed.

The company should make their packaging clearer about needing to buy scented oul separately and design the product so that it does NOT block the second plug of an outlet!!

I bought one of these as part of a special sale that would give a gift card for a certain amount of purchases. I had never bought these before and so did NOT know that this purchase does NOT include the scented oils. I live more than 20 miles roundtrip from the Target store. When I got home and unpacked my purchases, I only discovered that I couldn’t use this product because none of the scented oils was included. I don’t drive all the way into town for just one item. So now I have spent this money for no benefit. That seems to be misleading and VERY disappointing that the packaging does NOT include a CLEAR indication that you must ALSO purchase the scented oils separately. Lastly, this item uses one plug space and partially covers up the second, so I lose a whole ... MoreI bought one of these as part of a special sale that would give a gift card for a certain amount of purchases.
