FastCap 16oz. GluBot
The 16 oz GluBot and its smaller siblings, the 6 oz HighBot and 4 oz BabeBot, simply make it easier to use glue. The easy-to-fill containers will distribute glue on your projects right where you need it. The Bots don’t drip and they can dispense glue in both horizontal and vertical positions. Their spigots stay clean and open and shut easily. You’ll welcome the whole GluBot family into your workshop. All three GluBots come with both a ribbon tip for applying a swath of glue and a "Yorker" tip for a applying a thin line of glue for precise application. The large GluBot also includes a guide tip for centering a bead or ribbon of glue. The guide can be adjusted for thinner or thicker boards by soaking the guide in hot water. Caps are tethered to the spout of each GluBot to prevent loss and can stick down on a spigot at the top of the GluBot so it doesn't get in the way.

Seems very well sealed for storage and easier to control in my experience than a PVA bottle for spot gluing. The spreader is effective for narrow spaces and if needing to do a small amount of gluing can avoid the mess and waste when using a brush. . I have some fine motor control issues and I find this an improvement, though I still can’t get as even application with a brush (operator error) and the lid can dangle in the way. I thought the gap between the spout and body of the bottle was designed as a place to “park” the cord but when trying to do so the cord snapped. Again possibly operator error. Glad I bought it (in fact, two).

Great concept, poor practical application. The glue bottle works great at first, but then you discover all the flaws. The plastic is so thin and flexible that the caps don't seal properly, and half the time when I squeeze I have glue dripping all over the place from the leaking lid or spout caps. The spout clogs up remarkably fast, and it's so cheap and friable that you should be half-a-dozen spare spouts. That they sell replacement caps, gaskets, and spouts is a big clue that these parts SUCK and don't last long. All in all, the convenience of this bottle is lost on the enormous amount of time it takes to keep it clean enough that it actually works.

I really do love this bottle and find myself grabbing it many times a day and it's just so easy to apply to anything. Not needing to hold it upside down like other glue bottles is a bonus and it really speeds up the gluing process and seems to make all of the jobs I do just that little bit easier and more pleasant. The nozzle does get clogged up from time to time, especially when I forget to put the cap back on : (Can you tell me something I could steep the nozzle in to dissolve hardened glue as it's very diffifult to get inside the nozzle with any brush? It would be so great if, when the nozzle gets messy I could just toss it into an egg cup filled with some household product to clean it up whilst I'm working on something else.

Save your money. It's a great idea but the quality is lacking. On the first one I bought I was not able to thread the dispensing nozzle on straight no matter how I tried. The top would cross thread and be crooked. I complained and the company was responsive and quickly sent a new one. The same problem. I also found glue leaking from both the dispensing cap (expected because of threading) and around the main cap due to spaces in thread design. The blow molding on this product is terrible
Used a jam jar and brush for years. Decided to try the glunot, what a clever bit of kit it is. No more jam jars with skinned over glue or half set brush. The glubot is made from a squeazible plastic that is a pleasure to use the extra nozels supplied will be of use as the hard nozels do Wear out from continuously running along rebates etc applying the glue. Now have 2 of these dispenser's one for each bench in workshop.Highly recommend glubot once tried there is no going back 👍
Saw this while shopping for other things and thought I'd give it a try. It's amazing. This thing makes gluing-life a lot easier. I love the tethered cap that can't lost, the removable nozzle, the ease to keep the bottle clean, as opposed to gummed up glue containers.
Most of the issues in other's reviews may be related to the very thin and easily misaligned black gaskets in the screw on caps. They are a bit annoying, and I destroyed the first one. Luckily the pack of alternate tips I ordered had a spare gasket, and I believe everything will work without issues many others have mentioned. Keeping the bottle full minimizes air contact which is the source of most glue storage issues. Plus, virtually all glues have a shelf life, so if you have glue sitting for months in used, expect some skinning, thickening and applicator issues.
This dispenser would work OK when it was full of glue. It does not work well when it is partially full. The capacity of the dispenser is 16 ounces. I emptied an 8 oz container of glue into the gluebot to begin using it. I found that it was difficult to sqeeze the gluebot enough to get the glue to come out. The BabyBot would probably have been a better choice. This thing would work OK with a full load of glue but it does not work well with a partial load (half full)
I bought this just as I got to the glue-up stage on a table top constructed from six boards glued edge to edge - a very timely purchase as it considerably eased the usually-fraught process. My only slight problem with it was really with my arthritic hands rather than the bottle - as the level in the bottle dropped it needed more pressure to push the glue up to the outlet. However, even with said arthritic hands it wasn't that much of an ordeal and the convenience made it worthwhile. The glue drains back down into the bottle leaving the tip clean and dry. I highly recommend this product.
I purchased this as I find the glue bottles wood glue comes in to be overly stiff with very little control, this causes messier glue ups, weaker joints and aching arms, the glubot has remedied all of these and has made general glue tasks far easier. The ability to use it at all angles and apply glue to surfaces above the bottle is invaluable and the flexible bottle offers far greater control. it came with a selection of tips as well as the pictured edge gluing nozzle ( I have yet to use but it seems a great idea). All in all I am very happy with it and will probably buy another so I can have a couple of glue types ready.I purchased with a spare bag of tips, that way I have plenty and feel no reservation about cutting them to suit 1 job.I should also note that ... MoreI purchased this as I find the glue bottles wood glue comes in to be overly stiff with very little control, this causes messier glue ups, weaker joints and aching arms, the glubot has remedied all of these and has made general glue tasks far easier. The ability to use it at all angles and apply glue to surfaces above the bottle is invaluable and the flexible bottle offers far greater control. it came with a selection of tips as well as the pictured edge gluing nozzle ( I have yet to use but it seems a great idea). All in all I am very happy with it and will probably buy another so I can have a couple of glue types ready.I purchased with a spare bag of tips, that way I have plenty and feel no reservation about cutting them to suit 1 job.I should also note that this site seems to offer by far the best value for this having shopped around quite a bit, it arrived well packaged and very quickly., Thanks!
