Being able to receive this piece of equipment from Influenster in exchange for my thoughts on this piece of equipment, well …timing was spot on. Anyone in the market for something like this should consider checking the walker out. I would have given it a full five stars except for one detail. Ultimately the walker is well built and sturdy. Ideal for, as it says in the name, on the go support. The ease of it folding down nice and compact and unfolding is ideal and manageable for just about anyone. The addition of a generous size pocket allows you to store necessary belongings and allows for a hands fee navigation. I was impressed and the only thing that I was bummed about was a lot of the times when I would go to store it in my car’s backseat, it would open up. Tip ... Compact and light. Folds nicely and requires minimal space when folded. Has tendency to unfold when carried folded. This was easily rectified with a piece of thin strong cord tied tightly around an upright just below a handle with a loose loop on the opposite side which can be looped over the opposite handle and lowered to just below that handle. This limits the amount of unfolding…and I store mine upright behind a car seat while hooking the middle loop centre section to the headrest with a cheap small “S” hook. Easy to store and easy to remove. Love it!

: My cobalt blue Fold-N-Go is a beautiful blue-grey color that seems to come from within the metal itself, rather than the flat sprayed look of most other walkers. As to maneuverability, the Stander website does not make the width usage very clear: you can quickly adjust its width to any size between 24 inches to about 12 inches, say, if you had to squeeze through a crowd, just by pulling up on the middle piece that closes up the walker completely. I am also very pleased with the quality of the mesh basket I ordered from Stander that uses sturdy buckles for attaching to the walker compared to the cheaper Velcro ones on some other brands. I noticed that replaceable parts are also readily available on their website. Kudos to the engineer/designer who came up with this ... Our clinic has several patient who use this model of rolling walker. We bought one as a sample for patients who need the stability of a rolling walker, but are safe with more speed and motion during walking. We also appreciate the light-weight build, which is excellent for our patients who cannot negotiate heavier devices such as rollators in and out of their vehicles. The compact folding design helps in the aspect as well. We have recommended this to many of our patients.
I needed a lightweight, easy to open & close type walker that would help me get to buildings that did not have shopping carts. This walker enables me to put it in the back seat and lift it out without a struggle. I have a heavy duty walker with a seat that weighs about 20 lbs. and it was getting harder to lift and put in the trunk. I like having both types. I do miss having a hand brake, but as long as I am not going down any steep inclines, I will be ok. There is a locking mechanism on the wheels, but it is hard for me to manipulate when standing. Haven't found a need to use it just yet. Nice pouch, will be purchasing a drink holder. This walker has really solved a problem for me!
I just got this for an upcoming total left knee replacement. I had my right knee replaced in 2018 I received a walker standard aluminum walker then. That was the problem it was standard I am 4ft 10in. tall so I am not standard. This was one of the few companies that offered a junior size walker. This walker easily adjust to my height without being on the lowest setting still giving me options. I love the easy fold design which will help greatly when I need to tuck it behind the seat in my car. Thank you for producing such a quality product and being accommodating of all size people.
I was having issues getting out of the shower, and this unit fits the bill as a mobility aid for the shower. Unfolded, it fits right in the shower door, and the rubber handles allow for a secure grip with wet hands. The sturdy construction makes me feel safe and stable. After I get to a stable seat, it folds away for easy removal. We liked this one so much, we bought a second one to allow me to get around in our downstairs and garage.I cannot recommend this product highly enough. As we used to say in the Navy, "Bravo Zulu", Extremely well done
This was for my wife, who has a severe case of scoliosis which lately has become more debilitating. She has taken to it like a duck to water.I was slightly concerned that even this "short" size might be too tall for her at the lowest handle adjustment (she is around 4'11", which is the low end of their suggested range), but I have actually adjusted it a little higher and might go at least one more setting up. Seems like Stander's height estimates might be a little off. You would want the user, especially one with scoliosis, to stand as erect as possible and not hunch over too much.Other than that, there's not much to quibble about. It's just so easy to use, fold, and unfold.
I bought this item a couple of weeks ago and I’m happy with it especially with the fold up feature. It’s lightweight and perfect for me but I’m happy problems with the swivel wheels. They do not work correctly as they do not work very well. When using the walker the wheels are all over the place, going in circles and is very unstable and unbalanced. Not sure if the wheels are defective or what’s going on, but I have almost fallen a couple of times because of the horrible wheels. Do you have replacement wheels for this walker or tell me how to correct the problem before I return it. I really hope it can be fixed because I really like this walker.
After looking for MANY different manufacturers and styles of walkers that I needed to help me get around my house I settled on the Stander EZ Fold-N-Go Walker - Micro. It is very light and maneuverable, yet sturdy. Frame is actually welded and not pinned or pop-fastened together. Very easily "shrinks" width by lifting up on the locking pad to get through narrow doorways or to "park" it semi- or fully folded. Also, it easily changes from pivoting to straight wheels.
