Best B12 out there, I’ve been taking this one for years with no complaints. I don’t officially have a B12 deficiency but I get low in B12 if I don’t keep up with proper nutrition. Definitely notice when I change to a different one or stop taking it. Also helps so much with mental function. 100% recommend.

Purchased product for my nephew who has a bad dose of shingles. He has been through a very stressful 12 mths thus the onset of shingles. I don't usually do reviews but this product deserves it. The differance I notice the most is if I run out and dont take it, I go back to an anxious, worried, adrenally fatigued mess. With this product im calmer, can function and focus on my day without worring constantly about other things.
