Everdure Aluminium Perforated Pizza Peel 12 inch

Everdure 12 Inch Aluminium Perforated Pizza Peel EPPEEL12 is purpose built to suit the KILN P, making it easy to launch, turn, retrieve and serve your pizzas with confidence. Its perforated surface allows excess flour to fall away and steam to escape, helping you achieve a crispy crust every time. Made from lightweight, rust resistant aluminium and polypropylene, it's built to handle regular use without losing its smooth, seamless feel. A removable handle makes cleaning and storage simple, keeping your outdoor kitchen organised. At 12 inches wide, it offers a compact size ideal for smaller pizza ovens while remaining easy to manoeuvre. For best results, use it to launch and retrieve your pizza rather than leaving it in the oven, cooking directly on the stone for that authentic result.
