I use this product in a diffuser at night and it helps me to breathe easier when I have coughs and colds. The eucalyptus is refreshing and clears my airways. I also use it when travelling on an airplane, a little on my handkerchief or tissue helps keep airways clear so I don’t get pain in my ears when the plane is descending. Easily popped inside a mask too.
