Experience was excellent. I felt much better after using this product.
This Vitamin E is great but it does not show IU's but mg dose, you need to know that it is about 700-800IU in each capsule. This is to strong for people with high blood pressure or heart issues for these people would need lower doses and then gradually build up to a high level. It would be good if there was one at 200IU and 400IU, then people could benefit safely from this Vitamin E complex. I take 1/2 each day as this is my preferred high dose. Mr Vitamins provides me with great customer service and fast delivery, Thanks!

Love this. My whole life I've been prone to getting coldsores, I now take one on a daily basis and it absolutely helps keep coldsores at bay. If I do have a breakout I'll take 2-3 daily, helps to decrease the severity and duration of the coldsore.
Works great if you can take it at the very start when you feel the tingling- this plus icing the affected area and wow, either doesnt come up at all or is so minor! Thank you
