Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Flawless Wear Concealer 3W Medium Warm

I’ve been using it for 2 years now, and the coverage is excellent—it hides dark circles and blemishes without feeling heavy or cakey. It blends easily into the skin and looks natural, which I love. The formula feels lightweight, but it’s long-lasting and stays in place throughout the day without creasing or settling into fine lines. I also appreciate that it doesn’t dry out the skin, making it great for everyday use. it’s a reliable concealer that gets the job done and leaves a smooth finish. I love it

A Must Have For Me!!

This is a product I've used for years! I have dark circles under my eyes and I've always used the Estee Lauder product for that. What I like is that it doesn't cake and isn't heavy like some makeup. I'm getting older and I hate how older women look with heavy makeup, it ages them! This is light and lasts all day. I apply it once! I don't ever have to touch it up! It absorbs well, doesn't sit on top of your skin. Very hard to detect. I swear by it! It's the one thing I can't go without!

Consultants with some knowledge & interest

I have bought Estee Lauder products for many years as they are very flattering on my skin and very wear well. However I am disappointed at the lack of interest and knowledge of staff providing service when I purchased this Estee Lauder product. Firstly, the old "pancake" style has been discontinued. and then I noticed once I arrived home & tried the product, that the colour does not match the previous colour (even though the label is the same). So, a disappointing experience. The product is fine but not as good as the old concealer product and I wish the consultant had offered a little bit of advice. I probably would have chosen a different colour and been more pleased with my purchase.

Disappointing

I used to use the double wear radiant concealer in 3N together with double wear foundation in 3N1, and they would last all day. Recently, the radiant concealer was discontinued, and there are only dark shades left. I bought this one in 3N to replace my shade. I noticed that this 3N formula is changed to a slightly lighter color than the previous 3N radiant concealer. This is an improvement, because it was darker than my 3N1 foundation. However, this formula is not long-lasting like the label claims it is. I have to keep reapplying throughout the day, despite having set it with loose powder. Hard to blend

I’m a long time user of double wear foundation, so i felt confident in trying this double wear concealer. I bought the shade lighter than my foundation as recommended and the colour was actually fine. I have dry skin but I work hard and use professional products to combat this. I found that I was unable to blend this concealer. It would dry within around 5-10 seconds, and any blending past this, even with a damp sponge or warm finder would not budge patchy cakey bits. I did not find that it lightened or covered my dark circles or blemishes sadly. I absolutely love double wear foundation, but this foundation was sadly not for me.

Nice coverage for mature skin

I bought this in 2C and found this to be a good under eye concealer for my 60+ year old skin. It has a very soft radiance to it that brightens that area, but it's not too thick to be noticeable. I do have very, very slight creasing but can minimize it by moisturizing that area well, waiting and then applying only a little at a time. I use the foundation in 2C as well and was advised to get the 1C to brighten but I am glad I didn't as that would have been too light. This shade makes the transition from foundation to concealer seamless and natural looking. It's a bit lighter and brighter anyway due to the slight radiance in it. Next I am going to try the other Estée Lauder concealer for coverage of some melasma. Panda eyes no more!

For me, this concealer has been a game changer. I have terrible dark circles under my eyes, it's genetic, and nothing in my 58 years has managed to hide them for more than an hour. This concealer does, and it lasts for an entire day. I use it with a good primer (ELF power grip primer) and a bit of setting power, so that probably helps the longevity. I really detest fussing and reapplying makeup during the day, and I'm pleased this concealer lasts. I don't have wrinkles around the eyes so I can't say how the concealer would work in creases, the few shallow lines I have are fine with it.

Poor Coverage

Extremely sheer coverage. I tried building like this product claims but was not concealed enough. Hyper-pigmentation and redness still showed through after 3 or 4 tries. I attempted to use a very light hand when blending. I tried a brush, a beauty sponge, and even waiting for this very liquidy concealer to dry a little before touching it. Nothing worked. Color and consistency weren't right for me so I went back to Tarte.The only thing I was impressed with was the waterproof capabilities. I swiped some on my hand, blended with a sponge, and washed my hands. It didn't budge.

Simply the best

What can I say this is the best on the market and Iv tried almost all under eye concealers!!! Iv struggled with dark circles under my eyes for as long as I can remember. If I wear no makeup under them I get the well meaning comments are you ok? Your look so tired?/ Poorly. This is the ONLY product Iv found to solve the problem and stays put all day. It’s not drying or cakey . It’s great for other problems areas too. I can’t say enough great things, it’s not cheep but worth every penny! Treat yourself to this especially if you have dark circles. I can’t even think of a negative except it’s so popular it often out of stock in my preferred shade. I love it so much in the past Iv brought two and mixed them to get my fix

Terrible experience do not order makeup!

Do not order from Nordstrom’s! I received my Estée Lauder doublewear concealer and I was sent a tester, half used, no sponge applicator on the end of the wand, wrong color and in a box with the color I ordered. I called customer service and then was asked to mail it back at my cost! I asked for a refund and new one sent free of cost for the utter neglect! I got the refund but wouldn’t give me a free one for my time and trouble. Would not order makeup from them ever again!
