Estee Lauder - Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel-Creme Duo

Estée Lauder is the only skincare line with an eye cream that has ever worked well for me. This eye cream works so well, in fact, that change was noticeable to others - and I received compliments on how nice and healthy my skin looked “especially in my eye area” - within four (4) days of using it! I also loved that this repair cream works its magic almost instantly but when you use it consistently, it really helps repair your under eyes! I wear a lot of makeup regularly as well as lash extensions so I'm constantly focusing on my under eye area specifically. When I applied this cream at night the first time, it immediately brightened my under eyes! The texture and feel of the cream is light and smooth like water which I also really loved(versus a heavy/thick cream). Overtime as I continued to use this repair eye cream nightly I noticed a good improvement in my dark circles brightening. I also looked more rested and awake and looked more "youtful". Honestly, I'm so glad I got to sample this repair eye cream! I love it and would definitely recommend it, I have no complaints and think it works great for all skin types and ages.

Allergic Reaction

Just as others have reported, I had an allergic reaction to this product. (Advanced night repair Eye supercharged Gel- cream.) I contacted Estee Lauder to inform them and ask them to replace this full size cream with another full size eye cream that I have used in the past. The Estee Lauder associate never asked what reaction I had, nor wanted to know which product and said she didn't have the authority to send a replacement. I even asked"so you don't want to know which eye cream I was allergic to?" Then she asked me if it was the advanced night repair Eye Gel. So they obviously know there is an issue. She said she would transfer me to an order agent and they would record it and figure out how to proceed. They never asked my reaction, but I let them know it caused red, scaly, itchy skin in my delicate eye area after only two applications. I later developed some sort of red bump similar to a stye on my bottom eyelid. That eventually burst it was disgusting. I still have a red bump on my bottom eyelid , well I received my replacement in the mail today. First of all it is the wrong product and it isn't even an eye cream. Secondly, it's one of the tiny sample sizes and it has a hollow hole in the middle of the container so there is hardly any product inside. This is so frustrating given all the money I spend on the Estee Lauder online site . Dear Estee, Lauder, don't bother responding with the generic post and say you're happy to resolve. You had your chance and failed miserably!

Great But Needs Improvement

I wanted to love this but it lacks HOWEVER for the price and items included the value is great. Minus 1 star for not including a divider or storage caddy to keep items neatly tucked away. Minus another 1 star for not having a description of use card available or printed somewhere. I gifted this to my mother and we both found these to be missing, important and useful. I will also share on social media Instagram iamsharonda1 and Tiktok Sharondalikesit. Overall the bag presentation is beautiful. I hope this item is improved and offered next year. I do think leaving out the lipstick, mascara and eyeshadow and including more of face and eye care product with details on use would be more appealing to more ages. Well, not gonna lie, i read an article and an interviewer asked actress/model Elizabeth Hurley how she stays so youthful looking without all the plastic surgery celebs get. She said when she was young she worked for estee lauder. She said she has been using the same formula she loved from back then.So on a hunch I looked it up and saw all these positive reviews. I had a good feeling about it so i bought the biggest bottle.NO, I DIDNT GET THIS AS A FREE PROMOTION. I WISH. I paid for this large bottle unlike most of these rating from these "free promotion" people. So take MY WORD FOR IT, I LOVE IT! It does reduce your laugh lines and the lines on your forehead. I agree 100% with everyone who wrote the product burned their eyes. I was excited to try this facial line at night. I initially liked the glow but my eyes felt irritated afterwards. I thought maybe the irritation came from my face scrub that had a heavy scent. I discontinued using it, but the burning continued. I stopped using the eye serum, the irritation went away. I started using it again, alone and my eyes felt like ants were eating at skin. I looked in the mirror, finally, only to find the burning was from what appeared like thin razor cuts along the bags of my eyes. I still didn't want to believe it was the eye serum though I stopped all other face products. I eventually came to my senses, the eye serum was just too strong. I have already completed the consumer product questionnaire but wanted to also inform future buyers to be cautious when purchasing this product. I only dabbed a pea sized amount on each undereye area for a couple days when I started to experience redness/sensitivity/stinging/swelling around my under eyelids. At first, I thought it was just outside allergies so I continued to use it (didnt go away). Then I stopped using the product and noticed the symptoms began to calm after a day. It took about a week to fully heal due to the sensitive area. A couple weeks later, I used it a second time and, sure enough, the same reaction started after a couple days.
